  CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW
THE NEXT MORNING

"I'll be in the car." Cai said as she put her earphones in and opened the front door.

"Alright." I said but once Cai opened the door, she looked down and then over at me.

"There's some flowers here..." She told me as she pulled one earbud out. I looked at her and furrowed my eyebrows at her. I then made my way over towards the door to take a look for myself.

Sure enough- there were roses sitting there in a beautiful vase. Another one?

I then picked up the flowers and took them into the kitchen.

"Those are cute. Who are they from?" Cai asked as she closed the door and followed me into the kitchen.

"Not sure. They won't leave their name at all." I said as I searched for the card.

Once I found it, I looked at it and it read-

"Wanna find out who I really am?
Meet me at 1269 Drovel Dr. tonight at 7 o'clock! Have a good day, beautiful."

"Well, I guess I'll figure it out tonight because they wanna meet up." I said as I smiled and looked at Cai.

Cai then smiled.

"Well, I can watch Dana. Go and see who it is." She told me.

"I don't know...
What if it's some crazy creep?" I said as I stared at the note. "Then, I don't wanna put you in charge of Dana because what if you have other things that you need to do?" I added.

"And what if it's not? You won't know until you go and see. Plus, Dana and I will be fine." She told me as she took the card from me and read it for herself. "It might be Dad." She said as she handed the card to me.

"....I doubt that." I said as I lightly touched one of the roses. "He has Carmen."

"Oh yeah. I guess but it seems like he doesn't like her as much." She admitted.

"You think so?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Yeah..."

"Hm, do you know why?"

"No, I don't. He just...he doesn't seem too interested in her and I've never met her but I don't think that she'll make it that far. I don't want to meet her either because why should I?" Cai stated. "He doesn't act the way he does like he did while being with you. He smiled more and you could clearly see his happiness. When he talks about her? I don't see that." She added.

What Cai said made me think just a little bit...

——————-
LATER THAT NIGHT

Apparently, the address led me to my favorite restaurant- whomever sent the flowers made a good choice. I laughed a little bit once I realized where I was when I first made it here.

They probably don't know about this being one of my favorites but still- I was nervous. What if it is Tony though?

Tony knows about my favorite restaurant, so- maybe Cai was right. I remember when I asked him, he said that it wasn't him who was sending the flowers but what if he was just too scared to tell the truth but has now finally built up the courage to tell me?
