SHEMAR's POINT OF VIEW
"look at this shit, bro..." I said to Jeff as he and I sat down together on the couch in my living room. I held the diamond ring up in my hand and held it in between the two of us. "She's gonna love it..."
"True that. When are you gonna give it to her?" He asked me as he sat back in his seat and kicked his legs up on my coffee table.
"I don't know yet. I just wanna do it whenever I know for a fact that the time is right, you know? She deserves the best and I-...well, I just have to figure out when and where to present it to her. I know that most women dream of a man going over the top whenever he propose but like you said...what if I take her back? Remind her of how everything all pieced together," I said as I sat back on the couch even more and admired the ring by twisting it in between my thumb and my index finger.
"Whatever you feel is right. I'm sure that she wouldn't care about specifics at all. Just remind yourself why you're doing this. Out of love. So, keep the love there and remind her that there's only forever from here on out."
"You're right. Definitely. I want everything with her and I want her to know that..."
Jeff nodded his head and pulled his phone out of his right front pocket.
"Yep. Yep. I better be your best man, you ass," Jeff told me as he looked over at me.
"You already know that you will be, bitch. Calm down," I said as I then started to lowly chuckle. He joined in a laugh with me.

CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW
"Thank you for letting me come over," I told Tony as I watched him close the front door as I stood behind him.
"No problem...what's been going on?" He asked me as he locked the door and then turned around to look at me.
I dropped my head and rubbed my lips together a bit. "It's about Caiya..." I told him as I looked up at him. Once our eyes met, I watched as his eyebrows furrowed together.
"What about her? She's upstairs doin' good. Did she do something that I didn't know about?" He asked me as he obviously bit the inside of his cheek right cheek out of wonder.
"I was talking to my mom earlier and she—"
Tony quickly out his hand up to gesture for me to stop where I was. "Excuse me. Let's take this in the kitchen..." he said as he started to lead the way.
I nodded my head and followed behind him.
Once we finally made it into the kitchen, I placed my purse on the kitchen island and stood on the opposite side of it as well. Tony faced me and raised his eyebrows to show that I could go ahead and continue.
"Well, my Mom said that Caiya was in an abusive relationship. A guy named Justin apparently. I remember her telling me about him but she never went into detail..."
Tony sighed and placed his hands on the edge of the counter. "Wait...so, you're saying that she's been in an abusive relationship?"
