CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW

"You just left me all by myself for the past few days." I told Marla as I stood behind the table and pulled the headshots out.

"Well....I had to handle some business. You're the casting director. I'm the Assisting Casting Director, you got this more than I do. I just help." She told me as she looked through the headshots.

"Yeah, Yeah- anyways, we have to pick three today. Today, we call them all and then we have to make sure that they actually accept the part. Next, we have to make them sign the agreement so that there will be no way possible for us to be sued for what-....whomever does. After this, our job is done. We can't let what happened last time between the actor and the director fall back on us." I reminded Marla.

"Yah, that was your fault." She told me.

"The lies you tell. Anyways, I-..." I said but I stopped talking once I saw someone enter into the room with a bouquet of flowers.

"Cheryl, here you go." The person from the front desk said as they sat the flowers down.

"Again..." I said as I examined the flowers and furrowed my eyebrows together.

"What do you mean again? Who is sending you flowers?" Marla asked me as she stood up and touched the roses.

"I-...I don't know for sure but...I feel like it might be Tony." I said as a smile grew on my face.

"Tony? As in, your ex-husband?" She asked me. Marla didn't know why Tony and I got a divorce but she did know that him and I were once married. I never told her why we cut it off.

"Yeah." I said as I smelled the flowers. "If it's not him...who could it be?" I asked.

"It's either Tony or Trey." She said as she smirked.

She's right. Maybe it could be Trey but Trey has never called me "baby" before. It has to be Tony....at least- I hope it is.

"Read the card." She said as she pointed towards it. I looked towards it and opened it.

"When will you come home to me?"

I read it out loud to Marla and she looked at me sideways.

"Seems like he wants you back. That's sweet of him. These roses are gorgeous." Maria said as she smiled at the flowers.

"Yeah...maybe he does want me back. Today is Friday so, you know what that means..." I reminded her as I sat down.

"Yep. Ask him if it's him. If it is, you better get your man back."

"Oh, trust me. I'm trying to. It's just hard to tell him." I said as I stared at the headshots and thought about how I would bring all of this up.

Later that afternoon;

Tony came over and he dropped off Ciyle and Cai.

Again; they weren't that happy about being over here. Well, Ciyle likes coming over- he just, has a hard way to show it in his facial expressions.
