CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW

After the conversation that I had with Toni last night, I made it a priority for me to see Shemar the next day.

All I wanted to do was explain the reason as to why I react the the way I do whenever he brings up this baby subject. Maybe he just doesn't understand where I'm coming from but that's why I'm gonna clear everything up so that we could be good from here on out.

Knowing that he would be on set today, I wanted to surprise him and honestly, admit that I missed him. Normal we would call each other in the morning time if we weren't over each other's house but today- we didn't make that a priority. I guess we both knew that there should be a small breathing break for the two of us. We need that sometimes because of how upset we can get with each other.

I just don't want this to last all day and so, here I am.

After I spoke to a few people associated with the show, I then got connected with Robyn and she directed me towards Shemar's dressing room.

"So, he doesn't know you're here at all?" She asked me as we walked beside each other down the hallway. I shook my head at her and lightly smiled.

"No. Kind of a surprise but not really." I said as I lightly laughed and tried to scope out his name on each door that we passed by.

"I'm sure he's gonna love this surprise. How are you two doing anyways?"

"We are good. Why? Did he says something?" I asked her as I then stopped walking and looked at her. She stopped walking as well and looked at me in a confused manner.

"No...not at all. I just-...after last time I just wanted to know if you two were doing okay. See, I view Shemar as someone who is a friend of mines and I just want to make sure that you two are still flourishing." She told me as she lightly nodded her head.

I looked away from her and started to nod my head as well.

"Oh. Well, yeah. We are doing good. Thanks for asking." I said as I continued walking. Robyn continued along side me as well.

"That's good. Well, here we are." She spoke up as we finally stood in front of the same dressing room that I had once faced before. His name was in bold, big letters and it caused a smile to draw upon my face.

"Thank you, Robyn. How long do you think it will be until he comes?"

Next, she looked down at her watch on her wrist and said, "hmmm.."

While I waited for her to answer, I just quickly looked down the hallway and noticed a few people venturing into a room.

"Maybe in like ten minutes. After that, I'm sure he will be back in his dressing room. Then, I'll give you guys some time before I come to check on his mic. It's kinda a rush today and he will be passed along to the set manager a few times. So, my advice is to keep in mind that he doesn't have hours."

I nodded my head. "Gotcha and thanks again."

"You're welcome. The door is unlocked and there are a few snacks available inside. Fruit...things of that sort. So, help yourself." Robyn said as she smiled her bright smile and silently clapped to herself.
