Juliet's POV:
On the bus to an ancient village, I was seated behind Elton and Colby. Colby decided he would film the whole ordeal.
Somehow, thanks to Colby, Elton became the chief of everyone in the village. The bus stopped, and Colby and I caught up with the other guys.
Elton left to talk to the driver and Colby started laughing before saying, "He has to do rituals in front of everyone."
We followed the crowd to where we needed to be, and were told we had to be serious. No laughing or smiling. That would be incredibly hard for the boys. They'd already failed. I'd developed the art of poker face, so I would be okay, unless one of the guys decided to do something to make me crack up.
Elton introduced himself and where he came from. He tried to name our tribe TFIL, but it didn't work.
The guys and girls stood separately and Colby whispered, "Bye, Jules."
"Bye, Colbs." I returned in the same tone.
A man said, "All the handsome ones step up to the front."
Sam and one other guy stepped forward. "Now put your hands on your hips." The man instructed, and we all followed his lead.
"Actually, your hips are down here." He said, making point of where his hips were.
Since I couldn't participate in the ritual, Elton had me and Colby filming.
We followed our chief around and then, Sam, Corey, and two girls did a ritual with sticks. If their stick dropped, they would be eliminated, as they would if their stick was dropped purposefully. Sam got out, then one of the girls, then the other girl leaving Corey as the only one standing.
We watched a performance on the stage and Elton then had to choose a wife and he chose Colby, causing the other guys to get jealous; after laughing and being confused. They thought Colby was the favorite nephew and we all sat around a table. Corey messed up the singing and dancing and was kicked out by Elton.
They finished the ritual eventually and we hung around the village awhile. The boys, as per usual, were being idiots. Well, mostly Corey. Elton wanted to paint Corey's face when we got back to the motor home.
Corey wanted to be the chief and then be the chief's mistress, causing Colby to run after him.
We saw that the restaurant was empty and had to make it back to the bus, and luckily, we did so. The buses kept driving in circles and the guys wondered if we were time traveling.
Everyone in the bus hated us. Elton then said goodnight to us by touching our noses with his.
Day 5
Colby's POV:
I was already awake, and I stared at Juliet's sleeping form. That's not creepy, right?
Elton started smacking pots together and Juliet let out an irritated whine. I pushed her hair back from her face as her eyes slowly opened. "You'd better get me coffee, Uncle Elton."
"Later." He answered. "For now, we need to get ready."
Juliet let out an annoyed groan. "I cannot function without coffee, Elton! If you want annoyed Juliet, don't give me coffee."
We started mooing at cows and Elton commented that we didn't know that cows were female, since they had udders. Well, I did, but the boys didn't. He then said we didn't make milk and Jules did, causing her cheeks to turn bright red.
We ended up making a coffee run for Jules, because we all knew she wouldn't keep quiet.
After getting her coffee, we made our way to the paddle boarding location.
