Chapter 53

Day 6

We ended up in Widaga, and someone tweeted us that they worked in a bowling alley. Elton shouted out a person named Tim, so we all did.

The person would be helping us break in.

We got to the bowling alley and one of the guys commented how the door had been left open, but not the gate. Elton gave us trouble about hopping the fence in a light area as opposed to a darker area.

Sam started complaining about how cold it was and Elton said in a tone, "I'm sorry. I don't control the weather, Sam."

He then went on to say he wouldn't be making YouTube videos if he could control the weather.

We had to climb another fence, so Colby climbed up first and jumped down, then I did, and he caught me. The guys opened the gate and I groaned. "Are you actually serious?"

We got to the bowling alley and searched for the supposed open door. We were all suspicious that we might have been set up; then, we saw the door.

Elton pointed out that we weren't breaking and entering. We were just entering. From the back.

The door was closed behind us and Elton asked the boys if this brought back old memories. He then said, "Welcome to overnight in a bowling alley, Juliet."

We got quiet and entered the alley itself. Alarms started going off, so we ran behind the lanes. We decided to walk up the lanes, and the alarms went off again. We all froze. There were motion sensors.

If the police were called, we'd be screwed. We decided to hide for the time being, in case someone came.

Corey heard a sound, so we all hid. One of the guys closed the door and someone knocked into a chair. My boyfriend's voice came through saying, "Sorry."

We saw a light outside, but nothing came from it.

Colby was laying on the floor, so I pulled him up.

We noticed security cameras, and decided that since we were already here, we'd stay. We'd be on a plane soon, anyway.

Sam noticed a bag with a maverik and the guys started joking about rescuing Logan Paul.

We went behind the counter and noticed that the money from the cash register was gone. Someone could have been framing us. As Sam turned on the lights, we decided that maybe the drawer was left open so we could give them money.

Corey started telling Ashley happy birthday, whoever that was. Then, he said Britney's chicken tenders were ready. I was confused, but rolled along with it.

Sam took the mic next, and then Colby did.

Corey took the camera from Elton, and he had a turn. Elton then gave the mic to me.

"Yo, it's my first bowling overnight. I'm here with my friends and my beau. Ashley, you're birthday's about to get lit, yo." I gave the mic back to Elton and frowned. "I cannot believe I just said lit in a video. Twice now."

We then started bowling, and Corey was having trouble bowling. He thought the bumpers were on. Sam got a strike while Corey said he played Wii bowling everyday.

Colby had a turn and had the bumpers on. Elton wanted Colby in a chair, so if he got a strike, Colby would have to do so. He failed.

We decided that whoever got the first strike could choose who would sit on a chair in the middle of the lane. Colby got the first strike and chose Sam.

It was a small chair, so we told Sam to lift his legs. Colby went first, and hit the chair causing Sam to stand up.

Corey encouraged Colby, but he failed.
