Biltmore: Presidential Suite

We gathered around the camera at the Trap House and Colby tapped the lens. I covered my hands with my sleeves, as they were cold. "Pretty sure you're good, babe."

"Does this thing work?" Colby asked. "K."

He stepped back to the group. "What's up, guys? It's Sam and Colby."

"Tonight is the night," Sam said.

"We party."

I did a little dancing while Jake and Corey, who had their hoods on, stared at me.

"No," Jake deadpanned.

Sam explained that we'd gotten 250,000 likes on the last video and that we'd broken our piggy banks to go.

Colby looked at the camera. "Guys, this was expensive, so if you don't like this, I'm gonna be pissed and I'm gonna send Jules after you."

I jokingly readied to fight.

Sam reminded us we'd have one more week in the Trap House, saddening us.

Colby said we wouldn't be living together anymore since we weren't friends.

I held up a finger. "Actually, the boys won't be. Colby and I've already got a place. And rest your dirty minds. There's no frickity frack goin' on."

Sam looked at me. "Frickity frack? Seriously?"

"Yes. Deal."

Colby glanced at me. "You ready?"

"No, but I know I got four of my best friends and the best boyfriend in the world watching out for me."

We drove to the hotel and Colby pulled into the parking lot.

Corey and I were excited to see how big the room was, but not to stay overnight. I've never done an overnight Sam and Colby video before, so this would prove interesting.

Colby reminded us that we'd do a seance and Corey and I shared a wide-eyed look.

"Fuck that," Corey said.

Sam said, "I think we should make a pact before we even go inside that no matter what happens this time... we stay until morning. You down?"

"So, overnight overnight?"

"Overnight. Whatever scary thing happens, even if we have another crazy ghost experience, we cannot leave this hotel."

"We can't bug out of this one," Colby cut in, seeing my glare. "I'll protect you, babe."

"What if a ghost starts clapping your cheeks?" Jake wondered.

"Then I have to enjoy it," Sam replied, smiling at the camera.

I hung my head in my hands. "Oh my word."

The guys laughed and we walked inside the hotel. Corey opened the door for us and I looked up at him. "Thanks."

Jake commented, "No one, except Juliet, said thanks to Corey for opening the door."

"Thanks for opening the door to our worst nightmares," Sam replied.

As Colby walked, he said, "This place never seems to get, like, less creepy. It's always so freaky."

"And pretty," I added, trying to stow my fear from the memory of a week before.

"This literally looks like a castle," Sam commented.

"I got Queen Mary vibes," Corey added.

"Dude, it feels like we're about to die," Jake said.
