[Sam and Colby have done their England series. It's now October 31, 2019; just to give a small reference.]
Juliet's POV:
I got an email about MCR tickets and screamed.
Colby ran up and asked, "Babe, what's wrong?"
I felt happy tears brimming in my eyes. "I think they're back, Colbs. I think My Chem is back!"
He looked at the email and nodded. "Pretty sure you're right. I got the email too."
We waited awhile to get our tickets and eventually got them.
Eventually, my happy tears dried.
I ran out to the balcony of the apartment and let out a wild scream.
Colby laughed. "Feel better?"
"No, but it was nice to let that out. Do you know how long I've hoped for that?"
"Huh. Since March 22, 2013?"
"Yes. And the theories were right!"
Colby frowned, joining me outside. "What theories?"
"A lot of people speculated they'd pull a Smashing Pumpkins and reunite after six years. And lo and behold, that's exactly what they did! I mean, we should have known. Their last released song in 2014 was called Fake Your Death. And Danger Days showed a sign for California 2019. Plus, they avoided being teenagers. If that all doesn't hint at anything, I don't know what does. And I don't care about Frank shutting down the rumors. The fans are gonna think what they fans are gonna think."
I yelled out into the streets of LA, "They're back!"
That evening, we met up with our friends for a Halloween party. In line with my excitement, I'd dressed up as Helena. I wasn't totally sure what I'd wanted to dress up as. I never know until at least the week before Halloween or sometimes even the day of.
As soon as Jake saw me, he immediately gave me a hard time. "What are you supposed to be?"
"Helena. In honor of the reunion."
Tara smiled, looking at Colby. "What was her reaction? Her brutal honest reaction."
Colby glanced at me before saying, "She screamed. Really loud."
"Did you guys get tickets?" Jake wondered.
I nodded excitedly. "Yes suh!"
We made our way to a haunted house, which I was excited for, praying there'd be no creepy clowns.
Colby shot me a smirk and turned on Welcome to the Black Parade.
I shook my head. "Baby, I'm immune! And they're back, so it doesn't work anyway. The Black Parade rides once again!"
Jake laughed. "Good luck, Colby."
"Thanks, man," Colby replied.
We entered the haunted house and I took Colby's hand in case I needed to squeeze it from being scared. So long as a clown didn't appear, I'd be good.
Throughout the haunted house, Tara and I were laughing at Jake and Colby being scared. They were trying to be brave for us, but she and I were being braver than them.
Towards the end, a creepy clown jumped out at us and I froze.
I felt hands on my shoulders and was guided out of the haunted house.
Colby rubbed his hands up and down my arm. "It's okay, Jules."
I pointed back at the house. "Most of that, okay. That creepy clown, not okay."
