Chapter 60

Sam and Colby: Ritual Tunnel

Juliet's POV:

While I was sitting and drawing, Colby stood in front of me. He'd been doing annoying little things all day. "What?"

"You wanna come explore with me, Sam, Matt and Uncle Elton?"

"And this exploration contains what?"

"Back to the Enchanted Forest."

I slowly looked up at him. "And why would I want to go back, especially after that girl?"

"Look, we don't know what happened to that girl. Please? I'll buy you Chick-Fil-A."

"Oh, so now you're bribing me."

"Jules, please?"

I slammed my sketchbook shut. "Fine. But only to get you to shut up. I could be watching Supernatural you know. Or The Umbrella Academy for the fifth time. Or even try out Lucifer."

We made our way back to the Enchanted Forest that evening and got there at dusk.

Colby freaked out due to a bug. I was still showing my displeasure about being there.

After the bug flew out, Colby climbed back into the car to do the intro. "What's up guys, it's Sam and Colby."

"Today, we are back at the Enchanted Forest," Sam said.

Colby gasped loudly and Sam continued. "With DangMattSmith, Elton and Juliet."

"Ooh, what's up?" Matt asked.

"Guys, show Jules some love. She didn't want to come back and I basically had to bribe her with food," Colby told the viewers.

"What are you wearing?" Sam asked, looking at Elton's hat.

Colby thought it was a cowboy hat.

Sam recapped what had happened last time, getting chased out, which I frowned at.

It turns out we were back because of a tunnel in the middle of the tunnel. Haunted Tunnel 13. Animal sacrifices and such happened there.

Matt spoke up. "Wait, wait, wait, wait. That's where we're goin'?"

"That's where we're goin'!" Sam and Colby confirmed.

"Why don't you guys tell me this?"

I slunk down in my seat. "Or me? Colby, you know I don't like stuff like this. I need you to be honest about where we're going."

He glanced at me. "If I'd'a told you, you wouldn't have come."

"See, then I wouldn't be in the first five minutes of a Supernatural episode."

"So you keep saying."

"Well, someone has to be self-aware about all this horror mumbo jumbo."

Elton suggested we work our way up to tunnel 13 from tunnel one.

Colby then mentioned that it was a 45 minute hike.

Sam said that it was near impossible.

Matt had brought a battle axe in case we got chased and then added if I got hurt.

Elton had another cape.

I gripped my mace tightly, making sure I could whip it out if I needed to.

Elton asked if he looked cool to people passing by, and they said he did.

After speaking momentarily with someone, Colby told us that it was called Ritual Tunnel.

Matt wondered why he brought an axe if he wasn't going to sacrifice animals and they joked about sacrificing Elton.
