Sam and Colby: Demonic Ritual in Enchanted Forest
Colby's POV:
Sam and I addressed the viewers with vaguely what had happened. Jules would have been with us, but she wanted to go home for awhile, which I completely understood. The events of the night had terrified her, and she wanted to go to a place she felt safe. Which unfortunately, meant the other side of the country for the time being.
Like Sam and I, she'd decided to take a break from filming, just to recover, which I completely understood.
The Tunnel
We drove back to the Enchanted Forest and Jules huffed, showing her displeasure before tapping Matt's penguin nose.
Elton said he'd feel bad beating Matt's ass.
We did our video and introduced Matt as The Penguin Boy.
After mentioning that I had gotten attacked, Elton grabbed me, giving me flashbacks.
We'd be doing a ritual. Jules would be filming.
She frowned. "Three times here, ritual time three. I don't like that coincidence."
Matt's eyes widened. "I didn't even think about that!"
Elton had the whole furry set up, despite it being super hot last time.
This time, Matt had a bow and arrow. He shot it wimpily.
Elton tried and hit my ass. He did so several more times.
Jules rolled her eyes before Elton shot the camera. She darted out of the way, fearing she'd get hit.
Sam and I plugged our merch. Jules was wearing the same sweatshirt as me, but she was wearing a medium, because in her words, she wanted her sleeves to flop in case she had to swat away ghosty-ghosts.
I reminded Sam and Jules where the Cobb Estate was and then we climbed up a set of stairs. Jules hopped up them, causing us to laugh.
Elton scared us once again.
We took a moment, questioning why the girl had left a bobby pin and her glasses.
While stopped, we heard what sounded like a whistle or a scream.
Jules took my hand, not liking the sounds, and I didn't blame her.
We made it back to the tunnel and there were leaves moving; but only the ones pointing at us.
"That's what you call a sign to turn back," Matt said.
"To leave," I added.
Jules nodded. "I second that notion."
Sam shook his head. "Sorry, Juliet. We're staying."
The mannequin was further in the water.
Sam noticed that the twigs and rocks moved, meaning people were in there.
Before we went in, we peed quickly.
Sam said that the mannequin was in there and Jules let out a shaky breath.
Jules was standing between me and Sam. The water was up to her knees, and she looked at me, eyes slightly wide, warning me not to let her drown, which I'd never do.
We went down the right side and heard noises.
Jules was insistent on staying closer to me, which I didn't mind. I loved how much she trusted me to protect her.
Sam and Jules heard a weird breath.
Sam took the camera from me and we reached the location where we had last time, promising a ritual.
"I still think we should go all the way to the back," I suggested.
We froze, hearing something and Elton said it was his boot.
"And by the way, we're not complaining you guys," Sam told the viewers. "We wanted to come back."
Jules crossed her arms. "They did."
I pulled her close and kissed the top of her head.
As we made our way through the tunnel, Sam got more claustrophobic, I felt nauseous, and Jules got more scared.
We had a bag of white candles.
Matt and Jules wondered if they should leave, which Jules was all for.
I heard a vibration and we paused.
"I'm feeling nauseous right now," I informed as we prepared the ritual.
My girlfriend was looking at me disapprovingly. "Then don't do it."
I gave her a small smile and she stepped back, leaning against the wall.
Sam got a call underground with no service. The notification was from 55 minutes ago.
We started hearing noises and Jules was looking around in fear.
I began the seance, inviting the spirit to use our energy.
Sam then asked about the spirit and we heard another noise. Elton informed us it came from down the tunnel.
Jules stepped closer to us, still out of the circle, a slight look of fear on her face. I honestly felt bad that we were doing this.
Matt asked for the spirits to make themselves known.
Sam stood up because he was feeling claustrophobic and stood between Matt and Elton.
Matt's candle went out and he stood up.
We continued hearing noises and froze.
We thought it could have been a car, but Elton said it wasn't possible for a car to be back here.
There were voices that we thought we'd heard.
Jules gripped my hand tightly, and I felt her shaking.
The five of us made our way to the back where Elton had hidden last time. We had to be as quiet as possible, which was hard.
We found the end of the tunnel, turned off the lights, and hid in the back corner.
Jules was standing next to me, gripping my hand, and I pulled her into my chest, holding her shaking body.
The voices continued getting closer and we wondered what we were going to do.
Elton reasoned they could be chill people who were here for the same reasons we were, they were unstable and wanted to take our stuff, or were here to do weird shit.
They passed our candles and Elton figured option three.
"What's the plan, boys, girl?" Elton asked. "No matter what, we gotta pass 'em."
They got closer and we saw a light. Matt voiced that he didn't want to do this and Jules started shaking harder, burrowing her head in my chest.
We realized we'd left the CVS bag and the candles.
Elton kept asking us what we wanted to do.
The whistling and footsteps got louder and louder.
Sam greeted them and was told to stop filming. The camera was knocked to the ground.
I pushed my terrified girlfriend back as we attempted to diffuse the situation. The girl in the other group eventually managed to do so and we got out safely.
We left the tunnel and Jules had tears streaming down her face as she shook her head wildly. "I don't ever want to do that again."
I kissed her forehead. "You won't have to. I'm so sorry we put you guys in that situation."
She sniffled and whispered, "I wanna go home."
"Home like to the apartment?"
"No, home to Boston."
"Okay."
