Since i can't practice with the team. I'm in the gym on the other side of the court playing basketball on my swollen knee. The only way to make it better is to play on it. We'll at least thats what my father told me. I'm wearing this outfit.

I threw the ball and made it. A 3 pointer.
"nice one jayden" i heard sophia said. I looked behind me and she was smiling. I smiled and said.
"thanks" I said. I turned back around and jogged over to the ball. I picked it up and then realized my knee wasn't even hurting for all that movement. So if i can convince coach to let me play i can play🤣! Coach came the gym and saw the team practicing and the smiled at them then she saw me and looked concerned and angry at the same time. Fuck🙄.
"JAYDEN NO" coach brooks yelled from across the gym. I put the basketball on my head and held it there and said.
"please coach😩" I whined. She shook her head.
"come here" she said. I dropped the ball and smacked my lips. I walked over to her and once i got over there she said.
"sit" coach brooks said
"for what?" I asked looking confused
"just sit" she said. I sat down on the bench.
"i told you not to be playing on your knee i need you in my games number 5" she said in a serious tone.
"well number 5 can't play in the game anyways because her knee is injured when its totally fine" I said sarcasticly with an attitude. At this point the team just stopped and listened.
"bartels do you have an attitude?" she asked
"what are you gonna do if i do?" I asked while standing up.
"im gonna contact your mother and father first and then make you run the gym 100 times without stopping" she said
"i can't run 100 times around this gym i have medical problems aka my panic attacks" i said
"well then i can give you a different workout, watch the attitude" she said in a serious tone.
"i dont even have an-" I said until devenity cut me off.
"jayden just shut up stop talking you're making the situation worst" Dev said in a serious tone. Coach turned to them.
"good job today girls take a break youve earned it" coach brooks said. They started moving around getting ready to take their break. Coach turned back to me. Devenity came over to me and put her arm on my shoulders. I glanced at her and she was chewing her mouth guard. I looked at coach.
"so jayden what i want you to do is sit down and ice your knee no playing on it, no running on it, just ice it" coach brooks said. Dev said in my ear.
