You walk through the snow with Felix; just finishing up your trip to the local Christmas shop and stuffed animal shop. Don't ask. You laugh, exchanging jokes and enjoying your moments of freedom for today. Seeing as you two had the largest house out of the crew, everyone agreed to have the Christmas Party at your place. You were carrying the last batch of decorations needed, because apparently Felix threw them accidentally last year when he was drunk.

"I told you we should've gotten a smaller house." You joked. He only chuckled, "Then it wouldn't have enough space for our kids in the future." Your face heats up. You hit him, despite carrying your fair share of cargo. He laughed, "Alright alright sorry I'm just saying." You open the gate, letting Felix go in before you. Seeing as he was the one carrying most of the items, you did the small tasks. You close and lock the gates, smiling at the passing pedestrians as you catch up with Felix. You two enter the house after unlocking it, relieved to be endorsed by the warmth of your house.

The chandelier that hung gave off an orange glow, giving your mansion of a house the homey feel. You and Felix admire the tree in the middle; saying it was big would be an understatement. You removed your coat and tied your hair into a ponytail; you were gonna get real serious. Felix also removed his coat, grabbing yours too as he put these in the laundry to be washed by him later. Why doesn't he let the maids do them? Well they're on Holiday Break and he wants to get ready to be a father. You weren't pregnant. He just wants to be ready.

Felix turns to see you already on top of the ladder; you were starting out on top. "Hey love be careful up there." You look at him with a seriously look. "I'll be fine sweeti- woah!"

"Y/N!"

You laughed, "Just kidding I'm fine, I'm fine." You blow him a kiss as he looks at you with a face that read 'I can't get mad at you'. He walks off quickly, going to do his original job. You hung the decors on the tree; the star was long done placed. You hung a pink pastel bear. You smile. After seeing some pics on Pinterest, you decided to use some of the ideas presented there. By placing some teddy bears, ribbons and such you can have such an adorable Christmas. You did most of what you could've, making sure to maximize the space. Because it was a big tree, no doubt. As you finished with the area you can reach, you went down. By looking down, you realized that there were a lot of steps. You sigh.

Once you've reached the bottom, you moved the ladder to the other side. You climbed it, holding the bag filled with the decors. You finished, having to go down again. Then you moved again, climb, finish, go down, move, climb, finish, go down, move, climb, finish and slip and fall off.

You scream, "FELIX!!!!!!!!!" You embraced yourself for the impact but it never came. You opened your eyes, to see your smirking boyfriend holding onto you. You hug him. "Dear Lord I thought I was gonna die!" He laughs as he hugs you tighter; you were shaking, he realized. "I told you to be careful. Be thankful I've had experience, hon." You had no problem in agreeing.

And so for minutes at that time, you just stayed there in each other's arms.

"Anyways you want me to help you?" He finally said. You nodded. "Yes please." Your voice cracked. He chuckles as he puts you down, helping you up the ladder as he held it, handing you the decors you needed. And when you finished, you jumped as he caught you, doing a small spin after. You repeated this, until you finished decorating the tree.

"Almost," Felix said as he grabbed the fairy lights you wanted to use to fit the whole aesthetic. He spins spins it like a lasso, confusing both you and your pet who was watching you two while chilling. He hooks it at the top, before running around it with great speed, swinging it around the tree in a spiral pattern. As he reached the bottom, he plugs it in. It lighted up in pastel colors. You eyes light up, aweing at it as you couldn't contain your excitement. Before Felix could ask what you think, you hug him as you squeal and jump. "I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!" He laughs as he hugs you back, jumping around with you.

As you two calmed down, you both settle in the kitchen. You both started cooking some of the delicacies you will be serving later at the party. Although your friends will be bringing food, you could never be too careful. You were gonna bake cookies; your specialty. And so as you got the batter ready, Felix, unbeknownst to you until you heard it, played Baby It's Cold Outside on the speaker. You look at him. "Really now?" He shrugs, "Hey, I like the song. We both do. Don't lie." You chuckle, humming along. He seemed genuinely happy, cooking his own specialties; roasted ham and roasted potatoes. As well as some pudding, no doubt mastering the art of multitasking. "I ought to say no, no, no sir." You two sang, your voices blending as you continued to do your jobs.

Felix already finished, just waiting for them to cook as he hugs you from behind, still singing. You snuggled him, finishing up. As you have now reached the step in where you have to wait for it to bake, you and Felix waltzed. While still singing it, you two held big smiles as you danced around your kitchen that was too big for it's own good. "Look at us; two thirty year olds dancing in their kitchen, in their pyjamas, to Baby It's Cold Outside on Christmas. Isn't this just way too perfect?" He laughed, "My thoughts exactly, honey."

"Baby it's cooold, baby it's cold outside!" You two ended the song while resting your head on his shoulder. "Love? I've got an early Christmas gift for you." You raise a brow as you looked at him, your hands behind his neck. "Early? It's exactly time for Christmas." He chuckled, "I know. But I wanted to give this earlier."

You smile, "Alright what is it?" He smiles as he removes your arms around his neck, before getting on one knee. "Y/N, you are the love of my life. I would do anything to make you happy, make you feel special; like a princess, no, a queen. To me, you aren't just a gift; you're the whole bag carried by Santa. Whenever I stand next to you, you make me feel like a snowman because you always make my heart melt. You are a lot more than enough, honey... You've made me feel happy just by being here with me. And I want to be with you forever because I love you... So, Y/N L/N, will you marry me and enjoy our first shared Christmas as my fiancee?" In his hands was a small velvet colored box with a ring that looks more expensive than your rent and school fees back when you were in college.

You gasp, "Yes, Felix! I do!" You hug him, tightly, never wanting to let go. "I love you too!"

This year's Christmas will be a good one.

The End.
