Antonio was woken up by another nightmare. He rubbed his tears then rested his forehead on his palms.

He wondered why did his past chose to haunt him now of all times.

Mia was training as Mike entered the room. He wanted to practice his symbol power.

"Mike, I really owe you an apology." Mia faced him. "It was stupid of me not to let you tell Emily for yourself."

"Relax Mia, you had already apologized! And I know you were just trying to protect Emily. You didn't know that we were in a relationship at that time." Mike put his palm on her shoulder and smiled at her.

Tears quickly started rolling down Mia's eyes.

"Mia." Mike was taken aback. He wasn't sure why she was crying or what he should do.

"That's not it Mike," She cried. "I didn't trust you, and you were hurt! Then you ended up running off and then you got captured!"

No matter what, she couldn't shake off her guilt. Mike could've died, or worse. They could've all failed and got killed by the Nighlok.

It was hard seeing Mike injured and unconscious after they had rescued him. That image scarred her. She felt responsible for it, as if she painted that image with her own hands.

    "Come here." Mike hugged her.

She began to sob harder in his embrace.

"Mia, I promise you, it's okay. As much as I hate to admit it, I can be immature. I could've not yelled at you. You had good intentions." Mike comforted her.

"If anything, Kevin set me off. He was very rude. Also, he's not one to apologize... wholeheartedly." Mike didn't know what else to say.

Mia really was like a mother. She was protective over Mike and the other rangers. She hid her own burdens and made other people's problems her own.

He thought about it for a moment and finally said, "Mia, I don't want you to feel upset about this. I don't want you to think you're responsible for me getting into that mess, okay? I'm not upset at you. In fact, I'm really grateful to have you. I'm here now and I'm fine."

    Mia still wept.

"I'm sorry, I can't help but cry. I was sad before, but now I feel relieved. I just can't stop crying." Mia said in between sobs.

Mia had already broke her promise to herself about not crying twice. She made it a thing to not cry after she had become the pink ranger. However, ever since she cried after her panic attack, crying came more naturally.

Her tears were welled up, and she finally was letting it out.

At first she was crying about Mike, but then she started to cry about other things.

    Their failure when fighting Kotek.

    Jayden.

Wishing she could see her parents in Japan and her brother.

What neither of them understood was that there is no weakness in expressing sorrow.

But Mike had never seen Mia cry before, especially not this hard. He assumed that Mia was perfect, but she was just being strong.

She put others before her while Mike often acted out and caused trouble for others.

Mike began to wish that he could be more like her. Mia never involved others in her emotional pain. Unlike him, she was mature and composed.

Mike assumed this was strength. And many do. Many believe that locking away the sensitive side and always showing your best angle is strength.

But perfection out of humanity is impossible.

Mike decided that he was going to start considering others before himself, starting with lending Mia his warmth.

"It's okay, Mia. Just let it all out." Mike allowed her to bury her face into his chest. It wasn't long before Mike felt the moisture of her tears soaked by his shirt.

He let her cry for as long as she needed to.

Emily saw the two hugging. Her emotions were mixed. She quietly left from the scene.

Emily wanted to read an email she had just received from Serena with Mike, but he was busy.

Serena was Emily's older sister. If Serena wasn't terribly ill, she would have became the yellow ranger instead of Emily.

Emily had no choice but to fill her yellow shoes.

There wasn't a day that went by where the sisters worried about each other. Serena worried for her sister's safety. Emily worried about her sister's health.

She sat on her bed with her yellow laptop and open the email.

It began with Serena wishing Emily well and hoping that she was safe as always.

As Emily read on, her smile turned to a frown.

Her hands began to shake and her heart began to pound faster.
