Well, it is official loves, your girl has her summer break! And I cannot tell you how Happy I am! I needed a few days to myself to relax but I am back!

"The baby is a bit smaller than usual." Ebony, my obstetrician rushed from her office to the hospital to examine my body after the whole fainting situation in the elevator.

"How did that happen?." Shawn is clinging on to my hand as he sits next to the bed I am laying on in a chair.

"It can have many causes."- her eyes flicker to mine. "It can be because Rose do not eat enough or maybe because of stress? Anxiety?."- Shawn's grip on my hand tightens. I do not have to look at his face to know what he thinks. I already know. "Do you have experienced some kind of stress since the last time we saw each other?." She asks me.

I am sure that she also has seen the news and knows what has happened in our life's. I mean, how can she not? Every time I turned the tv or opened my Instagram, I saw our faces on the front page.

But I also understand that she needs to stay professional with us and that reading about your patients online isn't exactly that.

"Well, you probably have seen it somewhere but Shawn and his sister got involved in a car accident. Shawn was not that harmed but his sister was. So, we have spend a days and days in the hospital with her. We had to deal with the paparazzi and everything..."- I sigh deeply when I think back about those days. "It was heavy."

"And on top of that..."- Shawn starts. I turn my head to look at him. "She also had to take care of everything else at home and stuff, because I completely lost it for a while. All the weight was on her shoulders and... yeah..."

I really did not expected him to tell her that but this do confirm what I thought earlier. He is blaming himself for what has happened just now.

Ebony slowly nods. "I can imagine that it was a lot to handle..."- she gives me a sympathetic smile. "However, this little fella needs to be looked after as well..."- I feel like a shitty mother... I really do. In all the chaos, I forgot my most important task and that was taking care of my unborn son.

I am fighting the tears as I bite my lip hard. "I did not meant to make you feel upset but you do need to see the danger in this situation, Rose... I do not have to put your on a weight scale to know that you have lost a tremendous amount of weight."

"I know..." I nod my head slowly. Feeling ashamed and guilty.

"What can we do to make him gain weight and be healthy again?." Shawn takes over the conversation as he know that I will burst into tears at any moment now.

"Rose needs to gain weight, eat, rest and be in a stress free environment."

Well, easier said than done in this crazy jungle that is called Los Angeles. I cannot step one foot outside of the gated community we live in without being jumped on by paparazzi. And if I have to stay inside, I think I will probably go mental.

It is quiet for a couple of seconds. I can literally hear Shawn's thoughts. "Alright..."- he eventually nods his head. "We can do that. I will make sure that she will gets her rest."

"Good."- Ebony mumbles as she wipes the gel off my belly with a piece of paper. "I want to see you back in a week. I want to keep a close eye on his development."
