Hi babes,

How is everyone holding up with this Corona virus that is spreading around like wild fire?

Well, over here in the Netherlands we are on complete lock down! That means that until the 6th of April there is no college, bars, gym or anything! Luckily we still have food!

Good thing is, is that I will have a lot of time to write! So, every negative thing has a positive side, I guess!

I hope everyone stays healthy and save! Take care of yourself and your loved ones!

All the love, M.

"Nervous?." Shawn speaks up over the sound of my foot that is constantly tapping on the floor.

"A bit. You?." We have an appointment with Colin Cowie. For the people who do not know who he is, Colin is one of the biggest wedding planners here in LA. Quite a lot of people have recommended him. So, since we cannot plan this wedding alone, and we do want to get married any time this year, I thought that it would hurt to see what he can do for us.

But now that we are actually here, everything is getting real. I know that marriage became real from the moment I said yes to Shawn but I don't know. Shit just got real. And the fact that we have so much yet to arrange, isn't helping either.

"Yeah, but I am also really excited to see what his vision is." While I am here, looking like a nervous wrack, Shawn is like his usual self. Relaxed and unbothered. I wish I could be like him more sometimes. He always sees the positive side of things, while I see all the obstacles we still have to go through before we actually can get married. Now the sound of keeping this whole wedding small, doesn't seem like a bad idea anymore.

"We can just listen to whatever he has to say. If we do not like it or whatever, we will just call the next wedding planner in line. God knows we have options." Shawn jokes, trying to make me relax a bit. It is true though. Once the news of our engagement became public, Andrew and Scott were spammed with wedding planners who offered their services to us. Almost every major wedding planner company here in LA offered to help us. Some even for free. As long as we mentioned their company of course. The only one who didn't immediately reached out was Colin's company. That is one of the major reasons why we have decided to go and see him. And he is one of the best in his area. That was also quite important. I already know how I am going to be if I do not have a good wedding planner. Let's just say that the Devil would be scared of me.

A little smile spreads on my face. He never fails to make me feel better.

Colin's office is very sleek and yet stylish. I already have looked online at some of the weddings he has organized and I have to say, it is exactly how I have pictured our wedding to be.

"Mr. Mendes? Miss Williams." A soft voice fills up the waiting room. Both Shawn and I turn our heads at the same time. A young girl, probably an intern, stands in the entrance looking at us. "Mr. Cowie is ready for you."

"Thank you." Shawn says politely and gives her a smile. I catch the blush that spreads over her cheeks before she looks down to the floor. Girl, believe me. After all those years, he still has that same effect on me.

Like the gentleman he is, he helps me up from my seat and hand in hand, we follow the girl as she leads us to the office in the end of the hallway.

When we reach then end of the hallway, the girl gently knocks on the door before pushing it open.

As soon as we step into the room, a man, probably somewhere in his 50s but tries to look like he is still in his 40s, jumps up enthusiastically. He is wearing a greenish suit, with a same tone shirt. And I thought that I had a problem with OCD.
