In the AM

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!." Everyone screams loudly as we step out of the elevator. Anna wouldn't be Anna if she didn't immediately start hugging people and absorb all the attention she is getting.

Me on the other hand, I look around the crowd like a maniac, trying to find a familiar face. I almost jump in happiness as I see the bright smile of Luca and Jack.

I fasten my way through the crowd towards them and basically jump into Luca's arms.
"You are not really wearing the dress to do this." Luca chuckles as wrap one arm around my waist to hold me up and kisses my cheek.

"O yeah, right." I mumble awkwardly as I unwrap my legs from around him and stand back with my feet on the ground.

"I really like the dress though."

"I had to wear something to not completely disappear next to Anna." I say as I kiss Jack's cheek before looking back to Luca.

"Babe, no matter what you wear, you will always be the centre of the attention."

"And we all know how much you like it." Jack teases. They know me too well.

"I don't want to outshine Anna tonight."- not that that it's ever my intention to do so but especially not tonight. It's my girls birthday. She deserves all the attention in the world tonight. "By the way, did you approved of the dress she is wearing?."

"It was my suggestion." Luca answer casually. Is he blind? The dress is hideous.

"You and I have some serious talking to do." I cannot believe that he is the reason wby she is wearing the dress.

"It's from a well known designer..."-

"Who cares? It's looks like a bird."

"She invited quite some people." Jack changes the subject, knowing that my disagreement with Luca can quick turn into a bitch fight.

"Yes."- Luca nods his head, forgetting our disagreement for now. "Have you seen your ex boyfriend and his friends already?."

"No, I haven't seen anyone." I want to go greet them but I know that as soon as I walk over there, everyone's eyes will be on us. After all this time people are still interested in Shawn and mine's relationship.

"What is up with the two of you? Anna told me something about..."-

"Not here, okay?."- I mumble as I look around. I know that people are listening to our conversation and it's not something I feel like others should know. "I will tell you later."

"Are you okay though?."

"Yea, I am fine. We had a talk. I needed some things to get off my chest."

"Good that the two of you finally were able to talk things out."

"Yeah."- I mutter as I look around, trying to spot Anna. She is standing next to a grand birthday cake. "O God. She has found the cake." Bearing in mind that she already has quite something to drink, it's best I go over there before she stumbles and ruin the cake.

With Luca and Jack hot on my heels, I push my way through the group of people to Anna.
"There you are!." Anna yells loudly as her eyes fall on me, making a couple of people turn their heads to me. "Where did you wandered off to?."

I nod my head to behind me, to Luca and Jack.
"There is my favorite couple." She pushes past me and jump in their arms.

"What the hell did you gave her?." I turn around and stare back to Brian his smirking face.

"I wish I knew." I know her character is outgoing and all but right now she is a bit out of control. Probably the excitement mixed with the alcohol.
