As Aryan entered the house, he found it quiet, wondering where everyone was, he went upstairs to look for them, only to find them huddled together in Riya's room, surrounding her bed.
"What's happening here?" Aryan asked curious to know, going inside Riya's room. "Are you guys having a party that I didn't know about? Aryan asked jokingly.
"Oh, look who finally showed up." Alia said sarcastically making Riya laugh as she was sitting with her head resting on Alia's shoulder as Alia side-hugged her.
"May I have the right to know where you have been the whole day, my son?" Purab asked just as sarcastically, standing by Riya's bedside.
"I will but first you tell me what's going on here?" Aryan asked curiously.
"I fainted so they're giving me a get-well-soon party by hanging out in my room. So, yes we are having a party that you weren't invited to." Riya said jokingly.
"What do you mean you fainted?! Are you okay?! Aryan asked worriedly, almost yelling, coming to sit next to Riya at the edge of her bed.
"I'm fine, I'm fine, don't you see that I'm perfectly fine?" Riya asked gesturing to herself. And Aryan just hugged her in response. Causing everyone to smile at their bond.
"Okay, now I think that we should get dinner started, everyone must be hungry." Meera said smiling after Aryan and Riya separated, though Aryan still looked at her worriedly.
"Yes we should Meera, and Princess your going to have to eat vegetable soup today and you can't refuse." Abhi said sternly, causing Riya to make a face. "But this time Robin is making it not me, last time he was out of town so I had to make it." Abhi said, making Riya breathe a sigh of relief, but she still wasn't happy about having to eat vegetable soup.
"What? I'm a good cook." Abhi said getting offended at Riya's sigh of relief, he really thought that he was getting better at cooking.
"Sure you are, Bhai." Alia said sarcastically making everyone chuckle.
"I am a good cook." Abhi said affirmatively. Pouting cutely because everyone had turned on him.
"Yes Papa, you are a good cook, the chocolate cake you make is awesome." Riya said buttering Abhi up.
"See my Princess agrees with me." Abhi told the others smiling in victory, not understanding what Riya was trying to do.
"You're being played Abhi. Riya is only saying that so you'll make her chocolate cake and she won't have to eat vegetable soup." Purab said understanding Riya's plan causing her to make a pouty face.
"I mean she isn't wrong, Abhi bhai does make a pretty good chocolate cake." Alia said honestly.
"Hah. See Purab, even Alia agrees that I'm a good cook." Abhi said smiling in victory.
"No Alia just said that you make a good chocolate cake, she never said you were a good cook. Being good at making desserts does not make you a good cook, a good baker maybe, but not a good cook." Purab said smugly while Alia nodded her head in agreement with Purab's explanation.
"Both of you can't even let me have a small victory, can you?" Abhi asked pouting cutely, to which both Purab and Alia nodded their heads, jokingly.
"Okay so am I getting my chocolate cake or not people?" Riya asked bluntly, after a short silence, trapping herself in her own plan.
"Oh my God, Purab you were right. My own daughter was complimenting me for her own motives." Abhi said dramatically, pretending to be in shock, but everyone knew that he knew what Riya was trying to do from the very beginning.
