Part 125- Shocking Truths

"At least call Abhi bhai and tell him that you're coming with us." Alia said from the passenger seat of the car.

"No not yet, when we're out of Delhi then I'll tell him, or else he'll just call me back." Riya said knowingly from the back seat of the car.

"And he'll kill both of us for bringing you with us, he didn't go because he didn't want to leave you alone, and this is how you repay his love?" Purab asked dramatically from the driver seat of the car.

"Hey like I said before I deserve this." Riya said in her defense with a mischievous smile as she thought back to what had happened last night...

"I know." Riya said with a smirk as she entered Alia and Purab's room, with Alia sitting down on the bed, while Purab had gone to use the bathroom.

"Know what?" Alia asked, confused.

"I know that you know." Riya said as her smirk got wider.

"What do we know?" Purab asked, confused as he came out of the bathroom and sat next to Alia on the bed.

"That you know..." Riya said as she came to sit behind them on the bed, wrapping an arm around both of their shoulders from behind, hugging them, while they just looked at her in confusion. 

"About Aryan and Shahana." Riya finally said with a bright smile. "And you're pretending not to know so that you can tease him relentlessly." Riya said knowingly.

"Yeah so? Why are you smiling like that?" Alia asked, raising an eyebrow at Riya's mischievous smile, knowing that she was up to something.

"I have a proposition to make." Riya said with a smirk in a pretend business-like manner.

"What sort of proposition?" Purab asked him too, raising an eyebrow, knowing that Riya was definitely up to something.

"Take me with you to Mumbai." Riya said with a bright smile.

"What? No, you have college." Alia said in disagreement.

"But it's my project, I should be involved in all its decisions." Riya said in a whiney voice.

"If you wanted to come why didn't you speak sooner? And even if we do want to take you, we can't, you have a project due for school in two days." Purab explained he too was in disagreement.

"I was waiting for the right moment, and now that I know that you know it is the right moment. Because you see what a good kid I am who unlike Ari doesn't hide things from you guys. And as for the project me and Ari can work on a PowerPoint even from different cities and you know he can present it with Shahana if he wants." Riya said half-seriously and half-jokingly.

"Please Booji, Chaacho, I worked so hard on this project, I've spent countless hours on it, I've juggled school and work effortlessly, I deserve to be a part of this." Riya said dramatically with a fake sniff as she put her head on Purab's shoulder, looking up at him with puppy dog eyes and a cute pout, while Alia shook her head at how Purab's face was twitching as he tried not to melt, knowing what was about to happen.

"But now that you are coming with us, you better only work, no catching up with old friends and partying." Alia said knowingly.

"No, of course not." Riya said with a slight smirk, while Alia and Purab just gave inaudible sighs but with soft smiles.

"Oh good, you're here." Shahana said as she saw Aryan enter the college as she was standing in the middle of a hallway.

"Why did you miss me?" Aryan asked with a teasing smile as he stood in front of her.
