"I'm going to go get something to drink." Ranbir said abruptly getting up while trying to avoid looking at Prachi and quickly walking out of the living room towards the kitchen.
"Okay... that was weird behavior.... don't you think that Ranbir is acting weird?" Prachi asked her forehead creasing in confusion.
"Yes, he is acting weird." Riya said with a soft smile, happy that Prachi noticed, to which Prachi nodded still confused.
"Come on let's go figure out what is going on with him." Riya said excitedly, grabbing Prachi's hand to pull her off the couch, and quickly walking away towards the kitchen with Prachi.
Shahana also went to follow after them, but Aryan reached over and grabbed her hand, coming to sit next to Shahana on the couch. Looking at her with a teasing smile, while she raised an eyebrow at him with a soft smile.

"It's been 22 years Bhai but yet you still call Akash bhai's name as if he's going to show up any second. Why don't you just call him back home?" Alia asked in a somber tone, the atmosphere in the study much tenser.
"You know why, Alia." Abhi said in a blank voice.
No, I don't know why!-" Alia yelled angrily, standing up from her seat.
"Guys-" Purab began to say with a sigh trying to put a stop to whatever was happening.
"He betrayed me! He betrayed this family! The only reason why he even has a part in the will is because of Arjun and Rachna! If it wasn't for them I would've kicked him out completely!" Abhi yelled angrily standing in front of Alia.
"I also betrayed you. I betrayed you numerous times to get back at Pragya bhabhi. Why am I still here then? Why don't you kick me out also?" Alia asked with unfallen tears pricking her eyes.
"That's different. Your judgment was clouded. But he, he knew exactly what he was doing!!" Abhi yelled angrily trying to explain himself.
"But you know what? If you want to support him that much, why don't you leave also? After all, you already chose Akash over me once it shouldn't be that hard to do it again." Abhi said with unfallen tears pricking his eyes this time.
"Well, maybe I will!" Alia yelled as tears were falling from both of their eyes, storming off, while Abhi defeatedly sat down on a chair.
And Purab stood there frozen, his forehead creasing in worry, not knowing how to fix the bonds that were already so broken.

"Yaar, where do they keep the whiskey? It's the only thing that can clear my head now." Ranbir said in a whiney voice, as he was searching the kitchen cabinets.
"What did you say you were looking for?" Prachi asked sternly as she sneaked up behind Ranbir, scaring the life out of him.
"Oh shit! It's only you. Are you trying to kill me or something? Who sneaks up on someone like that?" Ranbir asked laying a hand over his heart, being dramatic.
"No I'm not trying to kill you, but that whiskey will kill you." Prachi said in all seriousness, while Ranbir made a face, and Riya who didn't want to interrupt their moment couldn't help but chuckle, which made Prachi glare at her, causing her to raise her hands in mock surrender.
"One glass of whiskey a day doesn't do anything. In fact, one glass of whiskey a day keeps the doctor away." Ranbir said jokingly to mess with Prachi, making her glare at him more.
"Yeah sure and one glass of whiskey will equal to 365 glasses per year, and at that rate you-" Prachi said giving a whole lecture, but Ranbir had already zoned out, looking at Prachi with deep thought.
