When Drishti walked inside the office it was bustling with energy even on a Sunday.
"Excuse me, do you know where Mr. Shergill's cabin is?" Drishti asked a lady who looked like she worked there.
"Over there." The lady said pointing towards a cabin door on the far right of the room.
"Thanks." Drishti said walking towards the cabin without waiting for a response from the lady.
Drishti knocked on the cabin door, opening it, but as she was walking inside she collided with something or rather someone else.
"Can't you see, are you legally blind or something?" Rakshit who Drishti had collided into asked, in all seriousness.
"But it was you who bumped into me first." Drishti said defending herself.
"Well you were coming into my cabin, so it's technically your fault." Rakshit said he too defending himself.
"I don't have time for this." Rakshit said with a heavy sigh. "Let's go I have a meeting in 2 minutes." Rakshit said exiting his cabin, and walking quickly, with Drishti almost having to run to catch up to him.
"I don't like repeating myself so listen carefully. Your job is to schedule all meetings there should be no mistakes. Every morning I need cold black coffee, with no sugar." Rakshit said talking quickly as they walked to a conference room.
"And here, this is a diary of all our clients' names and what they do. Memorize all their details in 2 weeks, because I need to be at a charity event in 2 weeks, and I don't have the time or the patience to remember all of their names. You will accompany me to the charity event and tell me who's who when they approach me." Rakshit said as he handed Drishti a small black diary, speaking rapidly.
"The Mehras and the Agarwals are our main clients right now, so memorize information on them first. You'll meet the Agarwals in the meeting we have now. The Mehras, you'll meet later on." Rakshit informed Drishti, speaking quickly.
"Did you get all that?" Rakshit asked as he entered the conference room, sitting on a chair behind the long conference table, with a knowing smirk, thinking that Drishti wouldn't have understood everything because of how fast he was talking.
"Uh yes Rakshit sir. You don't like repeating yourself. You like cold black coffee, with no sugar. My job is to schedule all your meetings. I have to memorize all of the details of our clients. The Mehras and the Agarwals are our main clients right now. And there is a charity event in 2 weeks that I have to be at alongside you so that I can tell you who is who. By the way, what is the dress code for the charity event? I need to know so that I can pick out clothes in advance." Drishti said smiling proudly at herself for remembering all that.
"Formal business attire will work." Rakshit is a monotonous way, with a blank expression, not letting his emotions show. But he gave a small smile when Drishti wasn't looking, semi-amazed at Drishti's memory. She wasn't like anyone else, she was different.

"Oh look who finally showed up." Prachi said teasingly, as Riya entered the house."I told you that I was coming inside in a bit." Riya said in her defense, sitting next to Prachi on the sofa, Shahana on Prachi's other side.
"How are you now?" Pragya asked lovingly, as she was sitting on a separate sofa with Saritaji.
"I'm great as always Auntie." Riya said smiling.
"Okay now that you're here, can we continue our conversation from yesterday or will you be abducted by aliens again?" Pragya asked jokingly, making Prachi chuckle and Riya smile embarrassedly. While Shahana and Saritaji just looked confused.
"I- it was just a joke Auntie. I wasn't actually going to do it." Riya said honestly.
"Oh, so it was just a joke huh? Maybe you just need a beating and then you wouldn't even think about cheating on a test." Saritaji said sternly making Riya pout cutely, while Prachi gasped dramatically, and Shahana raised an eyebrow.
"Saritaji she said it was just a joke, so just let it go." Pragya said coming to Riya's defense, knowing that Riya was telling the truth.
"Yes Auntie, it was just a joke, I don't want a beating for it, I didn't even do anything wrong." Riya said in a whiney voice with a cute pout.
"Don't worry, as long I'm here, no one can give you a beating." Pragya said lovingly, getting up to stand next to Riya, and giving her a side hug.
"Yay, see Auntie is always going to protect me." Riya said happily, melting in Pragya's hug.
"That I will." Pragya said separating from Riya to plant a kiss on her forehead, smiling softly.

"So what's this about taking Pari to your house?" Pragya asked once she was sitting back down on the sofa next to Saritaji."It's a Sunday and we all have nothing to do, so I thought why not go to my house, and have fun." Riya said smiling.
"Shahana can come too, because if I take Pikachu with me then Shahana will be lonely." Riya added quickly.
"You want me to come with you to your house?" Shahana asked surprised. Even though Prachi and Riya were on good terms now. Shahana had made her dislike for Riya clear. So she couldn't understand why Riya would offer such a thing.
"Yeah, it'll be fun if you come along with us." Riya said honestly, making Shahana raise an eyebrow, while Saritaji was trying to read Riya.
"Yes, Shahana you come with us too it'll be like a girls' day." Prachi said smiling happily.
"Okay sure." Shahana said agreeing only because of Prachi, while Riya gave a victory smile.
"Can we go now?" Riya asked urgently because she could feel Saritaji staring at her again, to which both Shahana and Prachi nodded, getting up to leave.
And so Shahana and Prachi went outside to the car, while Pragya ran to the kitchen remembering that she had left milk on the stove.
But as Riya was about to go outside someone grabbed her hand to stop her from leaving.

"I know what you're up to." Saritaji said sternly as she let go of Riya's hand."Oh re- really?" Riya asked nervously turning around to face Saritaji.
"Yes, I don't know what exactly you're up to, but I will find out." Saritaji said determinedly.
"Oh okay, I'm scared of you." Riya said honestly, with sweat pooling on her forehead, having no filter and saying the first thing that came to her mind.
"As you should be." Saritaji said sternly, not letting her surprise show, while Riya just looked around nervously not knowing what to say to that.
"Permission to leave ma'am?" Riya asked formally, talking weirdly because she was nervous.
"Uh- yeah you can go." Saritaji said looking at Riya weirdly, to which Riya nodded and quickly left.
After Riya left Saritaji let out a chuckle and sat back down on the sofa.
"What was that?" Saritaji asked herself with a smile.
"I thought she would fight me, and say that she wasn't up to anything, but she got scared and ran away." Saritaji said with a chuckle.
"Even though she is definitely up to something. She respected me even when I was interrogating her. Maybe she isn't that bad of a person after all." Saritaji said with a soft smile.
