Jisung

"Minho what are you—"

"Stay."

I stiffened.

Did I hear that right?

"Stay." He repeated.

I felt Jeongin tense tremendously, his body growing cold.

"W-Weren't you eating? You should probably finish. I don't wanna disturb you." I mumbled.

If it were my choice, I would've considered. But I could tell Jeongin wasn't having it.

"I-I'll see you in like. . . thirty minutes. We have next class together." I felt Jeongin relax a bit.

Good.

Minho seemingly got the message, nodding invisibly.

He slowly dropped his hand, starting back over to the bench.

I felt my hand grow cold, the immense warmth from his body suddenly gone.

I hadn't realized how warm blooded he was.

"Let's find somewhere else yeah?" I gave Jeongin's hand a squeeze.

The other nodded happily, abruptly skipping off.

I felt a bit awkward walking into that class.

I pushed the door open, listening to it click behind me. I rounded the board, head down.

I twirled my fingers, approaching my desk.

I could already feel a pair of eyes on me, and I felt the heat rise in my ears. why was I so nervous? was it because I chose Jeongin over him earlier?

I think I just feel a bit guilty.

that has to be it.

right?

I plopped down, and avoided all eye contact.

I felt the other glance at me, but I pretended not to notice.

"hey jisung!" I flinched, slowly looking up.

I was met with a joyful Rio, running over to my desk.

"Hey Rio." I smiled, waving as he stopped before me.

"Um, how are you feeling?" He asked hesitantly, referring to my ears and tail.

"Im okay. It just feels a little weird sometimes since I'm not used to being like this."  I smiled, wagging my tail.

Rio laughed lightheartedly. "You're too cute."

I smiled.

The male reached for my ears, petting them lightly.

I let out a quiet squeak, twitching.

I shuddered feeling a bit awkward. It felt nice, but it was also a very odd sensation.

"T-That feels a little weird could you—"

Rio froze. He wasn't looking at me, and it seemed he hadn't heard me.

I furrowed my eyebrows, looking up at Rio.

He let go of me so fast I was slightly startled.

"I-Is something wrong?" I stammered, starting to become cornered.

The latter was a bit pale, and almost stunned.

He brought himself back, clearing his throat. "No, nothing's wrong. I just realized the time is all." Rio smiled. "see you after class."
