Katara watched you struggle to carry the bucket of water, trying to hold in her laugh from the fact that you had spilled more than you were currently carrying.
"Uh, do you need any help (y/n)?"
"N..no, I'm fine. Toph, said that I had to carry it myself."
Feeling bad, she bended some of the water from the river to the top of your bucket. She waits until you get closer to the camp to let it drop into the bucket. You grunted at the added weight but didn't say anything. You were grateful for Katara's help.
"Took you long enough. Now come on. You said you were going to massage my feet."
You loved Toph, you really did but you absolutely hated this part of her daily chores she had asked of you to start doing when you asked for forgiveness. You would have rather fight an Agni Kai against your cousins and uncle than deal with this for another day.

"Toph, when are you planning on forgiving (y/n) for what happened? Don't you think that you've made her do more than enough?"
"Were you the one that was betrayed, Katara? Were you the one who started having doubts in their relationship because of a little lie?"
"Well no but I..."
"Exactly, you don't know how I felt. You don't know how distraught I was when I learned the truth. I don't bother you about Aang. Don't bother me about (y/n)."
Katara sighs and nods. She had at least tried to help you out.

Another temple and you're yet again making your way to bring water back to Toph. Aang had offered to let you take Appa but Toph had not allowed you. You were reaching your limit as to how much you would be willing to do for Toph.
You're grabbing the bucket of water when your arm is suddenly grabbed and turn around. You're ready to burn the face off of whoever was trying to hurt you when you're met with the face of your cousin, Zuko.
"What the hell are you doing here?!"
Not waiting for his answer, you start fighting against him.
"Come on! Fight me! What are you waiting for?! Did Azula send you?!"
Every burst of flame, he dodged. You were getting frustrated when he just kept dodging and not returning any attack. The random burst of flames caught the attention of everyone and soon enough, the gang arrive to meet you and Zuko. Toph, immediately locks into a cage of dirt.
"What is going on here? Why is Zuko here?"
Aang asks you. You could already feel them thinking that this had been up to you.
"I don't know. Why don't you ask him? He's the one that surprised me."
Toph doesn't even have to feel your heart to know that you're not lying.
"I believe you." She tightens the rocks on Zuko, making him cry out in pain. "Now tell us why you're here."
You sit by a tree as he goes on to explain everything that had happened since the last time.

Toph releases him soon enough and they all head back to the temple after coming into a truce. You don't follow them along, still in need of water for Toph's bucket.
"You don't have to do that anymore."
"What why? Did I something wrong?'
You internally panic, thinking she was going to break up with you or something. Toph smiles as she rolls her eyes.
"No, you idiot. The deal was that you would only do it until I forgave you."
"Wait does that mean that you've forgiven me?"
Toph, grips the front of your shirt and pulls you in for a kiss.
"That's exactly what it means. Now lets head back to the temple. They probably think that I'm still making you slave away."
