You couldn't stop shaking from excitement when your parents told you about your twin coming back to the South. It had been months since you had seen her and you missed her terrible. Sending letters and talking to her on the radio was just not the same.
The boat finally docks and you rush to be the first to greet Korra.
"KORRA! I missed you so much!"
You rushed up the stairs to hug your sister tightly. Korra groans loudly at the tight hug. You were the only one that was ever able to beat her from giving the tightest hug.
"I...can't...breathe....(y/n)"
Korra struggled to say. Your eyes widen and you let go of her.
"Sorry I was a little excited."
"It's okay. It was nice to be the one who was squished this time." Behind Korra, there's a cough making the two of you turn around to find the source of the noise. You're quick to find it coming from the guy in green. "Oh, (y/n)! These are my friends. This is Asami, Mako and Bolin." You give them a shy wave, not really sure what to say. You were never good at meeting new people. "Guys, this is my sister, (y/n)."
"You're Korra's twin?! The two of you are so different but yet look the same. I can't explain it. Maybe it's the nose."
Bolin, tells himself.
"I uh, have to go. I'll see you at home, Korra."
You rush off, leaving the 4 of them confused about what had caused you to sprint off. Korra knew that you were shy around strangers but you never ran away.

Korra couldn't help but be disappointed that you weren't getting along with her fiends. She had hoped they could help convince you to move with her to Republic City. She missed you terribly and didn't think that she could go another year without you. The only one that you seemed to get along with was Bolin. You voided Asami like the plague and she could tell that you absolutely hated Mako. She wasn't surprised about the last one but she did wonder what Mako had done to make you hate him. You liked everyone so when you didn't like someone, it was because they had done something that you didn't approve.
"I'm going to kill Mako if he continues interrupting (y/n) and I."
Asami tells Korra. She had just come back from another attempt of getting you to talk to her. You would avoid her so it was difficult to find time to talk to you. She wanted to get you to like her and her plan was never going to work if Mako kept butting his head where he wasn't wanted.
"What are you talking about?"
"It's hard to find time to talk to your sister. She seems to avoid me and I want to fix what I did. I can't fix it if I can't talk to her. Mako keeps interrupting us."
"Oh no. Please don't tell me that he's trying to ask her out. Where did you see them?"
