"Again Korra! We're not leaving until you can finish the course without hitting a single panel."
Korra glared at you and threw a ball of fire that you're easily able to dodge.
"See, if you can do this. You'll be able to dodge attacks like I did. That wasn't very nice of you. Just for that, I'm making you sleep outside."
Korra crosses her arms and stares at you, not believing that you would go through with your threat.
"You almost burned me!"
"Oh, you would've been fine. Your mother thought you how to heal and if she hadn't then I would've healed you."
You rolled your eyes at her and pointed at the wooden panels.
"Again!"
Korra sighs and waits for you to get them to start spinning again. Like the past couple of times, she gets hit by every single one of them. Each hit just manages to make her angrier and angrier until she explodes and burns them all down. You just stare at her with your mouth open, not believing that your girlfriend had just burned and ancient relic that your father had found in one of the temples.
"There! I finished the stupid course."
As she gets to you, Korra finally realizes the gravity of the situation. She had messed up
"(y/n)..I'm sorry. I got angry."
You looked at her with fury in your eyes. Korra had never seen you like this. You were a pacifist and always found the good of things.
"This is why I told you to meditate Korra! Now look at what you did! You burned the only thing that father gave me! I can't believe you!"
Tears started to slip from your eyes and Korra immediately wanted to comfort you. She took a step towards you but stopped when you took a step back.
"I..I need some time."
Using you staff, you glided out of the island and too Republic City.

Korra had looked everywhere for you but it was like you had just disappeared from the city. She had told Tenzin what had happened to try to get him to help her but he refused saying that your anger was well deserved. With no help from your brother, Korra decided to just wait for you at the docks in hopes to be the first one see you arrive back at the island. It takes hours before she sees you coming from a distance. She would have expected for you to ignore her but instead, you landed besides her.
"(y/n), I'm so sorry. I let the anger get the best of me and I should've never let my emotions take control. If I could go back in time and fix this, I would do so! I'm so sorry, (y/n)"
Korra falls in your arms as she cries. You sigh and wrap your arms around her. You weren't angry anymore, just upset about the fact that they had been destroyed.
"I can't say that I've forgiven you yet but you can make it up to me."
"Anything! I'll do anything!"
She mumbles into your neck, making you laugh as it tickled. Korra seems to relax at the sound of your laugh as she's no longer as tense.
"You actually meditate with me and you help me rebuild the panels."
"Deal! I'll meditate with you and rebuild the panels."
"Good, now lets go to sleep. I'm exhausted."
The two of you walk hand in hand back to the dorms. Before you step into your room, you let go of Korra and walk in to close the door in her face.
"(Y/n)!"
"I'm still upset and I did say that you wouldn't be sleeping with me! I'm sure you can last a night without me."
Korra lets out a huff as she lets her head rest on the door.
"Just for one night?"
"Just for one night."
With no choice, Korra turned around and started walking to her room that she hardly used.
"Goodnight, I love you (y/n)."
"I love you too, Korra."
Korra lets out a sigh of relief at your reply. She hadn't fucked up enough to ruin things between the two you.

Early, you woke up to find Korra laying practically on top of you. You just smiled, not upset that she had sneaked in the middle of the night to sleep with you. After almost a year of sleeping together, it was impossible to sleep without each other.
"Come on, Korra. Wake up, you promise that you were going to meditate with me."
Korra groaned and was about to complain but stayed quiet as she climbed off of you and the bed. She wanted to make it up to you and that didn't include complaining about the early morning.

You opened one eye to look at Korra, smiling when you saw that she had practically fallen asleep. At least she had climbed out of bed and made the effort to mediate with you.
