The two of you were out celebrating Kyoshi's victory. You just happened to be celebrating a little more than Kyoshi. She knew how you would drink more than you could handle so she decided one drink would be enough.
"I just love how tall you are, you know? You just give the best hugs and I could literally spend all day in your arms if I could."
Kyoshi nearly spit out her water as she heard your confession. It caught her by surprise as it was completely random.
"Y..you do?"
You nod quickly, giving her a wide smile as you rested against her shoulder.
"Yeah! You make me feel so safe. I sometimes even want to crawl into your tent and make you cuddle with me but I think it might be too weird. Do you think it would be too weird?"
Kyoshi stood still, unsure of what to do or even say. You were far too drunk and didn't know what you were saying. That had to be it.
"Uh, no. I think you had a little bit too much to drink. Here.."
Kyoshi attempted to take away your drink but you pulled it away before she could take it.
"Noooo. This is mine. I paid for it. Besides, I need it to give me a little courage. Not everyone can be as courageous as you, Kyoshi."
"Wait, courageous for what?"
"To tell you that I like you, duh!"
"Okay, I'm taking you back to our tents. You've definitely had too much to drink." With you drunk, you weren't fast enough to stop her from grabbing it this time. You glare at her and refuse to move as she attempts to take you back to camp. "Alright, I warned you. You left me no choice."
You cried out as Kyoshi actually picked you up from your chair and carried you out of the tavern. You struggled in her hold at first but then cuddled close to her when you realized how much you loved to be in her arms.
"Ah. This is nice. If you had told me that you were going to carry me back to the tents like this, I wouldn't have hesitated."
You cuddling close to her just made Kyoshi blush. You had never given her any indication that you liked her so it was surprising to hear everything that you were saying. What was even harder was to believe what you said. There was still doubt in Kyoshi's mind about it all. She knew that you would get touchy whenever you would get drunk so it wasn't surprising to see you being so clingy.
"If I had known that this would get you too cooperate, I would have said offered to carry you right away. Now here we are."
Kyoshi tried to set you down but you clung to her neck, refusing to let go.
"I want to say with you. Pleaseeee."
"But I.." You pouted at her, hoping to make her change her mind. Kyoshi sighs and leads you down to her tent. All she could hope was that you didn't remember how easy it was to make her crumble with your pout. "Now get some sleep, you're going to wake up with a headache and you'll need all the sleep you can get."

Kyoshi had been right, you had woken up with a headache but that had been the least of your problems. Your number one problem was realizing that Kyoshi now knew that you liked her and that you had acted like a fool with her.
"Ah, you're finally up. We can go get something to eat in the village."
You bit your lip as you debated with yourself on what to say. It seemed like Kyoshi was willing to forget if you didn't bring it up.
"Kyoshi, I'm sorry about last night..."
"Did you mean it?"
"Mean what?"
She turns around so she could face you.
"That you liked me."
"Y...yeah.."
You're afraid that she was going to gently reject but she actually smiles and leans in to kiss you.
