My lips were trembling from excitement as his finger traced over them and I closed my eyes. "I didn't think you'd come around. Cameron suggested moving the gang to Romania." He said calmly and I leaned into his touch. I felt like my chest was about to explode from all the mood changed that happened in the last two hours.

"No more leaving," I said and leaned my head till it rested on his chest. "No more hurting," I said as my voice shook uncontrollably. "No more, Arabella." He wrapped one arm around my waist and the other was cupping my head as he leaned his. He rested his head in my neck and I felt him breathe me in as I did the same to him. I clenched my hand in fists around his shirt and pulled him as close as humanly possible.

I didn't know if Rex wanted me to be around anymore. He seemed like he definitely didn't want to let go of me from this position but I would've understood him completely if he told me to move slow. "Temptress." He said throatily and I smiled before losing my breath completely. The hand behind my head was in my neck now, closing the space between us and pulling me to his lips demandingly. Like he wouldn't take no as an answer.

I gave my all to the kiss. Letting him know, I'm not going anywhere. I love him more than anything and more than anyone. My love for him grows every day uncontrollably.

He's bad. I kill people for a living type of bad. Mess with me and you'll take your last breath permanently type of bad.

But so am I.

We're the worst people but the best for each other.

He pulled away and I opened my eyes to see his pink lips, puffier than usual from our kiss. He leaned his forehead on mine and I felt his minty, deep breath on my face. "Stay." I nodded without hesitating. I'll do anything for him. He went to the bathroom and I laid inside his bed.

I'm laying inside Rex's bed again.

I closed my eyes tightly as I took deep breaths and he walked back inside. "We have a lot to talk about with you." He tapped my nose and I flinched. He laid down in the bed in only his boxers and extended his arm out to my way. I rested my head on his chest and my hand rested next to my head.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled as his hand traced the bruise on my cheek. "Are you kidding? I was about to stab your arm off." He sighed and played with my hair like he always does. I don't remember the next words that came out from his mouth because the deep sleep I needed ever since last year embraced me.

I woke up to Rex stirring and looked up to see what's happening. He grabbed his phone and leaned back down again. "We slept in. You can keep sleeping if you want to, I was just watching you." He said and I buried my head in his chest again. He was watching me. That put a huge grin on my face as I looked up at him and his whole mood instantly changed as well.

His eyes lit up.

"I've missed your smile." He told me as his hand traced my cheek. I closed my eyes before opening them back again after a few seconds and leaned in to give him a short-lasting, stinging kiss. "Let's go." I got up and stretched on the bed before getting up.

I feel so much better after yesterday like my whole body just evolved.

I went downstairs to make him breakfast when he left to take a shower. I made the breakfast and was about to place the plates when I felt a hand wrap around my stomach and a head pressed tightly on my neck. He inhaled deeply before kissing me on the neck and let go. I placed the plates down slowly because my hands were shaky.

We ate the food quickly and Rex insisted that I went to his warehouse for a while so we can 'talk.' He also tried deceiving me into joining his gang again but my answer won't ever change.

I work by Harvey. As long as he still lets me.

Everyone eyed me as I scanned and I flinched when I felt someone reach out for my hand. "Rex," I said breathlessly and he smirked before giving me a wink and started walking in a fast phase.

Like he was showing me off to everyone.

I followed him quickly so it wouldn't look like he was dragging me. He told me he had to stop by the rink to talk to Cameron and I nodded hesitantly. I didn't really want people to know about us right now since I haven't talked to Harvey or Elias.

Although I know Elias will be on my side, Harvey was a tough nut to crack probably. So I should get ready for the conversation where I get disowned.

Cameron widened his eyes like he just witnessed something terrific and I rolled my eyes. "Don't give me that look. You've been biting my fucking ear off to go kidnap her." I narrowed my eyes as I looked at Cameron. "Kidnap me?" This time Cameron rolled his eyes and smiled at me. "Don't act like you wouldn't like it." He said bitterly and I bit my lip.

He was right, I would fucking love it if Rex took me.

They talked about the training of the crudes and I looked around anxiously. Carmelo was in the corner and when he saw me he raised his middle finger up. I smiled at him and wiggled my hand away from Rex's. "What?" He asked and I pointed at Carmelo. "Come get me when you're done. I'll talk to Carmelo in meantime." I said and he seemed annoyed after I mentioned Carmelo so I gave him a kiss before leaving.

"What the fuck was that? You guys just cat walked into here, holding hands and everything. Kelly is absolutely furious." I shrugged and gave Carmelo a hug. He's always been with me all along and I always used him to my advantage. He hugged me back and I was forced to pull away since another hand wrapped around me and pulled me to their chest.

"I'll see you later," I told Carmelo. "Watch the fucking hands," Rex warned him before he held my hand tighter and we walked to his office.

I locked the door behind us and sighed. It felt good to be back with him alone.

He sat on his chair and pointed at the seat. I nodded as I walked past it and he raised one eyebrow. I pulled his chair back and sat on his lap. He didn't complain but sighed. "I need to talk to you. Seriously." He said like a warning and I nodded again.

"You're so fucking lucky, Arabella. I was going to kill Elias the moment you left my fucking warehouse and I'm still contemplating." He said clenching his teeth. I probably shouldn't find these actions sexy but I can't help it.

"Rex. I love Elias and he loves me back too. Just not in the way you think." I wanted to laugh so hard at the look in his eyes and his mouth hanging open. I shut it by kissing him quickly and leaned back again.

"I found out that my 'father' I told you about, who my mom killed was a fraud. Elias dropped me all the clues and I put two and two together. My mom killed that man so easily and I believed her till I fell in love. I'd never recover from killing you." I said and he narrowed his eyes as he watched me with full attention.

"I found out that Harvey is my father with the help from Nick Reyez, that's why I was so... Numb." He frowned as he watched me and nodded. "That's fucking crazy." He said as he rested his head in my chest. "Elias is my older brother. Apparently, Dean had another father so we're half-siblings but I and Elias are from the same parents." I played with his messy hair and he left a kiss on my neck.

"Harvey wants me to kill you." I blurted out which made him stumble and abruptly stop kissing my neck before looking at me.
