Rex didn't let me leave Harvey's house all week and kept tabs on me from Elias which has been pissing me off. I was about to loose my mind and Harvey had locked the gym as well because of me.

I sneaked in there one night because I couldn't sleep.

So I just decided to dress up and leave the house to go to Rex's warehouse without telling anyone, not that they could stop me anyway. Apparently Rex told Alina about me getting shot, obviously didn't mention other parts of the story and that's why I wasn't around.

She actually called me to talk.

I walked to my car hurriedly because I sneaked past the guards. I highly doubt anyone would be there since Rex has only one gang to go after and Harvey has helped him with everything. I walked in like I own the place and wondered off to get coffee, before I wait in Rex's office. I noticed that the door is locked again so just decided to sit around and maybe search for some people.

I was minding my business when a large guy almost bumped into me. "What the-. Watch out!" I said as I pushed them back and I realised that I recognise this guy. "What was your name? Brian?" I asked and he shook his head with a small smile. "Brock. Never thought we'd see you here again." I shrugged and swung my hair back making him laugh slightly.

"I was working for Rex last time I was here, now I'm qualified." He nodded and crossed his arms. "We just finished working out with the guys. Are you up to fighting by chance? I promise I'be improved a lot." I bit my lip and nodded at his cockiness. "I would absolutely love that but you see, I got shot last week and am in recovery. Rex also banned me from ant type of physical activities for a week." He narrowed his eyes.

"I probably should head somewhere else then. Mr. Rosetti wouldn't appreciate me speaking to you." I nodded and he smiled once more before saying a few more things and walking away.

At least he's not perverted anymore.

"What are you doing here, angel." Carmelo crushed me in a hug and I tried pushing him off but his wall like chest didn't budge. "Let go of me, moron!" I pinched his rib making him flinch back and grabbed my coffee from the table next to us. "Mel, my boy." I heard the familiar voice and watched the cute sight as Alina embraced Carmelo in a motherly hug.

I gave her a smile and a wink when I saw Kelly.

I just realised that I haven't told Carmelo or William about the usb Rex handed me about Maria lying. It won't matter if Carmelo's there as well then. "Alina do you have a moment? To talk." I said as Carmelo raised his eyebrows and widened his eyes. He attempted to walk away but I gripped his arm tightly enough to hurt.

"Of course. I was just waiting till Rex comes back." I nodded and kept myself from pouting. I'll just tell Carmelo separately then. "Spill!" He whisper yelled as Kelly pulled Alina away to somewhere else. "Rex showed me a fucking usb. It had a voice call with Maria and she's basically telling him she'd never deceive me like that to leave and basically a bunch of bullshit. That's why I wanted to have him back in the first place, after finding it out." I explained him and he nodded before narrowing his eyes.

"Psycho bitch, how does Rex let Kelly wonder around like that all the time." He said and I sighed. "He hasn't told Alina yet. He can't kick her out before telling her." Carmelo nodded and grabbed my coffee before finishing it. "Do you fucking mind." I grasped the cup back.

"Not at all actually. Amy moved in with me." I widened my eyes and he nodded. "Wait." I remembered about the box under my bed. "My room?" I asked and he shook his head. "It's still empty. I saw that box under your bed by the way, obsessive much? Kinda' glad we never dated, I wonder if you'd make me a box." He widened his eyes as he watched me. "Would my underwear be in the box? Because if so..." I rolled my eyes before hitting his kidney.

"Oww! Fuck!" He let out before groaning. "There was just pictures and this necklace, goddamn." I rolled my eyes again as I turned away and saw Rex and his people walk in hurriedly. He looked really sexy.

Really really sexy... Mouth-wateringly sexy...

"I can see your drool from here." I frowned at Carmelo and he raised his hands up before walking away and I hurried behind Rex. He walked into his office and shut the door. I opened it again.

"Not now Kelly!" He yelled out viciously and I froze on the doorway. "What the fuck are you doing here?" He asked calmly this time as he threw his stuff in the corner of the room and placed his weapons in a cabinet. I walked to sit on his lap like how I always do and he stretched his arms. "Did you get the guy alive?" I asked as he nodded and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I thought you'd be pissed that I came here." I said out of breath from how insanely gorgeous he truly is. "I love when you admire me." He said as he watched me back with the same look I was giving him.

"I was just thinking about how fucking lucky you are to have me not only as you girlfriend but as your future everything." I said and he threw his head back as he laughed and tucked his tongue in his cheek.

"You already are my everything." He said before the door opened revealing Alina and following behind Kelly. I rested my head on Rex's chest as Alina spoke to Rex for a second. Then I abruptly got up and locked the door before sitting on top of the desk.

"Alina, I just want you to know first that I'll always love Rex. No matter what happens and no matter what already happened. You already have a clue about how my life was before Rex reached out to my mother. I was raised to be the best but to be treated like the worst by my mother and people took advantage of that." I said as my eyes landed on Kelly.

"They could've said anything like how Rex did this... Rex did that and I'd believe them because that's what I'm used to... betrayal." Kelly was breathing heavily and kept glancing back and forth at the door. "Cat got your tongue? You love speaking back to me what's up now, Kelly?" I pouted as I watched her face pale.

"That's fucking right, I bet you won't even sit through my explanation will you?" I smirked before turning back to look at Rex. He had the same look on his face, I've seen many times before.

But now is not the time I'll return his look.

"Maria basically pulled me aside in your house and told me... She's just so embarrassed of her own daughter because apparently she's fucking Rex... Pardon my language. So that's why I left. I know I should've let Rex explain but some people know damn well, I don't like to do the talking. When I saw Rex again, he didn't have a clue about what Maria said to me and when I told him everything... He decided to speak to Maria about it." I explained as I walked behind the desk and Rex opened the audio which was still on there.

I watched with satisfaction as Alina's expression turned into a frown and she turned her head to glare at Kelly.

"Pack your shit and move back with your whore of a mother."

Now that's a reaction I didn't expect but the best one I could've asked for.
