"What is this?" Spencer asked as Hanna revealed herself from under the hood of the red coat

"You followed me here, that means you don't know who she is, either." Hanna explained and Aria and Emily revealed themselves from the bathroom stalls

"And if you don't know who she is, that means you're still one of us." Emily said in relief 

"Look Spencer... Whatever it is, no matter how deep you're into this, you know that you can tell us the truth, right?" Aria said 

"We want to help you." Hanna added 

"Mona came to see me at Radley. And when I found Toby in the woods, she'd planned the whole thing." Spencer explained "She wanted to break me so that she could put me back together. Like her own humpty dumpty." 

"So, Mona made you an offer you couldn't refuse?" Aria asked 

"She told me that Toby was still alive." Spencer said 

"Toby's alive?" Emily asked 

"And it's true." Spencer nodded "It's true, he's been working with Mona because he found out about red coat and Mona's the only person who knows who she is." 

"And you've seen him?" Emily asked 

"Yeah. Last night." Spencer smiled "He's on our side. You guys, he always was. But this party tomorrow, it's a set-up. Red coat just wants us all to be together."

"Why? What's she gonna do to us?" 

"I don't know." She replied "But we're not going to let it happen. Okay, whatever it is, we're one step ahead of her, finally, and there are two of us on the inside."

"And when were you going to clue us in on your double agent status, nikita?" Hanna asked 

"I'm the one who sent you the picture of me and Ali." Spencer told her "And you did exactly what I needed you to do. Because Mona watches my every move. You've found a way to get to me without her knowing about it." 

"So, instead of red coat waiting for us tomorrow, we'll be waiting for her." Emily grinned 

"And if we're lucky, this will all be over with." Aria added 

"Luck won't have anything to do with it." Spencer nodded "But I didn't know if you guys would get to me in time for it so I brought back up in case," She turned around to the closed door "You can come in!"

"Finally!" Lily Jackson grinned as she walked into the bathroom and saw her friends looking shocked, well Emily, Hanna and Aria looking shocked

"You're back!" Emily said in surprise

"Yeah," Lily nodded, knowing Caleb had filled them all in on why she was out of town "I'm doing a lot better and Spencer sent me a letter to tell me what was going on so here I am. Did you really think you would get rid of A without me? That bitch has tried to kill me more times than I can count on one hand,"

"You've never mentioned red coat before," Emily realised "So how do you know about her?"

"I saw her," Lily said "That night at the lighthouse Em, she was in the trees,"

"So you know that Toby and Mona have been behind this all?" Aria asked

"I've always known Mona was," Lily nodded "I mean she isn't very original,"

"True," Spencer nodded "But tonight we are finally taking her down,"

The girls left the room with a sense of relief and hope at the prospect of this nightmare finally ending. Lily wasn't going into school that day since she and Caleb really needed a day together to talk about everything that had happened with Jamie and Caleb needed to reassure himself that Lily was really okay and was alright to be home
