The Remains of the A

Spencer was finally beginning to come around to Lily once she realised Lily was no longer playing a real part in Garrett getting out, she had just been the trigger to start it all

They had clashed heads again when Spencer told Lily that she had found a slip of paper in the hospital bracelet Garrett's mother was wearing which said 'April Rose has the proof' but Lily did have to admit it was suspicious so her, Hanna and Spencer were using it as part of their plan to discover who A was

They were at the Rosewood hospital with a plan to exchange the note for one of their own

"Hanna, slow down. You almost tripped over a catheter back there that was still attached to someone." Spencer scolded the blonde who was racing ahead of them 

"312, 312... There it is." Hanna finally stopped when she saw the door to Mrs Reynold's hospital room 

"We need to have a plan." Spencer said 

"We have a plan. Exposing "A."" Lily shrugged 

"Inside voice." Spencer hissed "Okay. What is the plan exactly?" 

"We're going to replace Garrett's note with a fake note that we wrote." Hanna explained

"We know that part. We came up with it, remember?" Lily shook her head 

"I was wondering why you were asking me that." 

"But we still need a place to lead "A."" Spencer added 

"Rosewood church, by the organ in the main sanctuary, tonight." Hanna suggested 

"How did you come up with that?" Lily asked 

"I have been living there since my mom signed me up to sort through spandex shorts and granny panties." Hanna chuckled 

"But won't the church be locked?" 

"That's the point. It's deserted at night." Hanna said 

"So when Lucas shows up-"

"It's not gonna be Lucas!" Hanna snapped 

"Yes, it will, Han, he had the pills." Lily argued 

"Fine! Then I'll show up with a paddle and finish what I started at the lake." Hanna retorted 

"Whoa. What happened to the girl who wouldn't get out of her sweats?" Spencer laughed 

"She traded them for fatigues," Hanna said and took the yellow note pad and pen from Spencer "I'll write it,"

"Are you sure you know how?"

"Yes, I've been forging my mom's signature since seventh grade in P.E." Hanna shrugged as she copied the writing style of the original note and tore it off 

"Wow. This is really good." Spencer whispered as she looked at the writing which was almost identical to the original 

"Yell if you see anyone, all right?" Hanna said 

"Are you sure that you want to do it?" Spencer asked 

"This "A" broke me and Caleb up, do you understand? They're gonna have to pay for that." And with that Hanna quietly snuck into Mrs Reynold's room

"I don't feel good about this," Lily sighed "I mean this is someone's mother in a coma being messed with, it feels wrong,"

"Since when have you given a shit about people's feelings?" Spencer asked

"Oh grow up," Lily snapped and Hanna suddenly rushed out of the room and dragged the girls after her to the lifts. As they got into the lift they could see a team of staff heading into Mrs Reynold's room and Lily suddenly had a horrible feeling about agreeing to be involved in this
