Emily had been released from the hospital which made all of the girls really happy and it told them maybe their normal lives could be resumed now

Jason had come into school today to speak to some of the at-risk students and also to try speak to Lily, they had hardly spoken since 2 nights ago at the hospital and he wanted to take her on a date. They had only spoken briefly, 'hellos' and 'goodbyes' and 'how are you' when he came to pick up Teddy while she was at school or when they passed each other in the hallways

But as he was walking past Aria and Emily something Aria said made him stop in his tracks

"What's going on with Mike?" Emily asked

"I have no idea." Aria sighed "My parents, they keep turning to me, thinking I'm gonna have the answers."

"And he won't talk to anybody?" Emily asked

"Lily came over 2 nights and my mum found them asleep on his bed watching a movie," Aria said and Jason clenched his fists in anger

He knew he shouldn't have trusted Mike around her, he was right, Mike wasn't looking for help in her, he wanted more with her and the thought made his blood boil

As if on cue he spotted Mike speaking to Lily at her locker down the hall. Jason shook his head and turned around to go back to his office as the lunch bell rang

At lunch Spencer was telling the girls about how she had heard Jenna was getting tested for a cornea transplant

"English, please." Aria said

"They're gonna see if they can replace the damaged part of her eyes." Lily explained

"What are we talking about?" Hanna asked who had just come back from a phone call with her mother

"Jenna."

"They're taking out her eyeballs?" Hanna asked, looking disgusted

"No, it's not the whole eyeball. It's just the flap over the pupil." Spencer explained

"Could we not talk about eye flaps while we're eating, please?" Emily asked

"They really think that this can work?" Aria asked

"I don't know." Spencer said "Toby says she still needs to take more tests to see if she qualifies, but...it's possible."

"So, if Jenna gets her sight back, does that mean that we're off the hook for..." Hanna trailed off, not wanting to say it too loud since Jenna was at a table nearby

"No. I mean, guilt-wise, maybe," Spencer said "But if you break somebody's leg with a baseball bat, even if that leg heals, you could still be charged with assault."

"She wouldn't come after us..." Lily shrugged "As long as she still thinks we have Ali's tape."

"But we don't." Spencer whispered "And that'll be much easier for her to figure out if she can see."

"Guys, maybe if she can see again, we can stop all this whispering." Aria said "She'll lose her taste for revenge."

"Yeah, or things could get worse." Spencer said

"It's already so bad. How can it get worse?" Emily asked

"Well, for one, she will be able to aim a gun." Lily whispered

"Look, Lily's right. Jenna's scary enough with four senses. Can you imagine what she's gonna do to us with all five?" Hanna had a terrified look on her face which made all of the girls uneasy

At the end of the day Jason had come round to Lily's house to drop off Teddy after watching him for the day

"Hi," She smiled
