Game on, Charles

That night had been the first of many the girls were forced to spend in that fenced off cage. No water. No food. No shelter. Nothing but them.

"How long can a person live without food?" Hanna whispered one night 

"Three weeks." Spencer said "But water's a different story. Some people can only go a few days without it."

"You know you're dying when you're not hungry or thirsty anymore. It means your organs are shutting down." Mona explained 

"Mine are definitely working." Aria croaked "I'm so thirsty, I'm seriously considering drinking my own pee." 

"I can totally suck on a pee ice cube right now." Hanna added 

"I'd lick sweat off a jockstrap." Emily said 

"Okay, Emily, you win." Hanna chuckled 

"I don't know how much longer I can handle this." Aria whimpered 

"You can handle it, Aria." Mona said "We all can." But her eyes flickered to Lily who was curled up further away from the girls, her head resting between her knees. She hadn't spoken a word since they were trapped up there and it didn't look like she would

The next morning they were woken by a voice

"Bonjour. Good morning. Buenos Dias. Please enter and follow the lighted pathway."

The doors back to the dollhouse were open and the girls got to their feet "I mean, I-I'm afraid to stay up here but I'm also scared to death to go back there." Aria whispered

"Please enter and follow the lighted pathway."

"You've been here the longest, Mona." Hanna said "What do we do?" 

"Maybe this was our punishment. Maybe it's not mad at us anymore." She said 

"Let's all stick together." Emily said 

"Always." Spencer nodded

Hanna held Lily's arm and the six of them made their way back into the dark, dreary, cold dollhouse

But as they walked, the lights suddenly stopped "What the hell?"

From behind them there was a click and a tear gas bomb landed at their feet. The girls whirled around and saw A storming towards them. But through the fog surrounding them Lily could just make out A grabbing Mona before her world went black

When Lily woke up there was a bright light in her eyes, she grimaced and turned her head to the side, not expecting to see Aria, Hanna, Emily, and Spencer lying next to her

She realised that they were all under white sheets and lying on metal. Like corpses in a morgue. 

"Are you okay?" Emily asked her and she shakily nodded

"Guys, I think A wanted to make us look dead to send a message to our families." Spencer realised 

"What do you mean?" Aria asked 

"So they'd stop looking for us." She explained

The door to the room opened and Mona came in wearing a nurse's uniform with a tray of cups "Aspirin? Juice?" 

"Mona, what the hell is going on? What happened to us?" Hanna asked 

"I've asked you not to call me that ever again, Hanna." Mona said "That bitch is dead to me."
