Mrs Dilaurentis had been giving Emily more of Ali's old stuff from her room and using that stuff was the girls only hope at finding red coat now that Tippi was gone

"Okay, my mum is not connected to a cockatoo." Hanna was telling the girls as they sat around a table in the brew going through the latest box of Ali's things 

"Parrot." Spencer corrected 

"Whatever." Hanna shrugged 

"Well, that bird is connected to Ali, Ali's connected to Wilden, and Wilden's connected to your mum and us and stuff we don't even know anything about." Lily explained 

"My mum may have hit him a little with her car, but she did not kill Wilden." Hanna said 

"Of course not." Aria nodded and the girls lapsed into silence, Spencer only breaking it when she noticed Emily rolling her shoulder and wincing 

"Hey, how's your shoulder?" She asked 

"I'm seeing the doctor again tomorrow." Emily replied, her shoulder had been killing her since the incident with the car and A trying to run them over 

"Why would you take all this stuff?" Aria asked her, gesturing to the box on the table 

"I took the bird stuff and the rest of the junk to get past Mrs. DiLaurentis with Ali's notebooks." She explained 

"We learned so much from what Ali wrote down in Em's bio book. Who knows what could be written in these?" Spencer added 

"Oh..." Aria nodded and looked over her shoulder where her mother and the Brew's baker Zak were together 

"Eat, bake, love." Lily grinned 

"They look cozy." Spencer said 

"Yeah, they do." Aria smiled 

"How's Jake?" Spencer asked, Jake was Aria's new self-defence instructor and Aria had kissed him once by accident but now she was beginning to like him 

"He's nice." Aria nodded and the girls all gave her questioning looks "No. Seriously, he's nice. We're seeing each other tonight."

"Great." Spencer said, but the high pitch to her voice made it sound sarcastic 

"Well, you don't have to say it like that." Aria said 

"I didn't say it like anything." Spencer defended herself 

Aria rolled her eyes and glanced at her mum and Zak again "Is it weird to be jealous of your mum's love life?"

"Very," Lily nodded

"Did your mum ever move on with anyone after she and your dad got divorced?" Hanna asked her

"Not that I know of," Lily shrugged "I heard from my brother though and he said dad's got a new girlfriend,"

"Are you gonna meet her?" Aria asked

"No," Lily laughed "I don't need an evil-stepmother thanks,"

"Especially not if her name's Meredith," Aria said and the girls all laughed

"Hey, Em," Hanna said after a few moments "Could you ditch this stuff someplace? I don't want Mona to see it and start asking us questions." 

"Yeah." Emily nodded "I'll take it home." 

"Where is Mona?" Lily asked, she hadn't seen the psychotic bitch in a day 

"I don't know. She wasn't at school." Spencer said 

"Not knowing where she is makes me just as nervous as when she's all over us." Emily shuddered in fear 

Hanna frowned and reached into the box, pulling a white mask with rhinestones on "You guys, what's this?"
