Hey guys! We're finally back with another chapter of this story! What will happen now that Rose have a strong lead to find Queen Moon? Let's jump in and find out! :D

-Rose's POV-

"So, this is Pie Island?" I asked, looking around the shore.

Star and I had just gotten off the boat that our group managed to get. Eclipsa let us use it so we could get to this island. Looking around, the Pie Folk didn't look that dangerous. If anything, the place looked really run down. I glanced at Star, wondering if she heard me. She and I were wearing matching Pie Folk outfits. Star had suggested it because maybe it would help jog her mom's memory. Before Moon revealed to me she actually wasn't my mom, she would have Star and I wear matching outfits, even as teens. Back then, I hated it. But now, I can't help but want to for nostalgia. Star was wearing a red dress, wear the skirt had little yellow cuts to look like the cuts on a pie. The torso even had an image of a pie. The skirt and sleeves had white ruffles, and she wore blue and green striped leggings. Her boots were maroon with blue pompoms on them. She wore a red beret with a little blue pompom in the middle of it. She even had a blue purse to go with the outfit. My outfit was the same but with inverted colors, red purse included.

Star pulled out the pie that Marco bought a few days ago. She stared at it and whispered, "Okay, mom. Where are you?"

"Rose! Star!" We heard. We both turned and Uncle River jumped down from the boat. He was wearing Pie Folk disguise as well. He wore a dark green vest over his bare chest. Thankfully, his beard covered his chest, so I didn't complain much. He wore a strawberry styled hat and maroon striped pants, with black boots. He even put an eye-patch over his right eye. He leaned close to Star and I, whispering, "Look, I want to find Moon as much as you do, but trust the Pie Folk here, and you'll lose everything. Even your mind."

I raised an eyebrow just as a new voice asked, "You guys obviously aren't from around here, huh?"

We all turned and saw that one of the Pie Folk had come up to us, leaning an ax against his shoulder. Uncle River laughed, "Ha! What are you talking about? This is our home. Did you not notice that we're dressed in the traditional garb of the Pie Folk?"

The guy shrugged his shoulders, and lowered his ax. "Yeah, whatever," He said nonchalantly. "Anyway, if you're gonna leave, you should have somebody keep an eye on your boat. I'll be happy to do it for a few bucks."

"Great idea!" Uncle River said. He pulled the anchor up for the ship and said, "Let me just grab a few things."

Before Star and I could do anything, he threw the anchor on the ship. It broke a hole in the hull and our ship sank. "Dad!" Star shouted.

"Alright, I'm out," The guy said, walking away. Uncle River raised an angry fist, "That's right! Run away! I won't be swindled by you and yours!"

I pinched the bridge of my nose and asked my uncle, "I really hope you had a good reason for sinking the ship Eclipsa had let us borrow."

"Oh, can't you see he's a racketeer? That scoundrel wants us to pay him to protect our boat from himself. We have to stay ahead of these schemes if we're going to find Moon," He explained. He started looking around as I silently counted to ten. "Now, where's Marco?" He asked.

"Here," We all heard. We looked over and saw Marco standing not too far from us. He was wearing his normal clothing with a pie costume. Out of all the disguises, his...wasn't the best. He looked around and asked, "Where's the boat?"

"I sank it," Uncle River said proudly. He clapped his hands together and rubbed them in anticipation. "So, where's the bloodhound?"

"The sales guy said that only a fool would use a bloodhound to track someone. So, I bought this instead!" Marco then held out a small, white monkey. It chattered and I covered my face with my hands. What was it with the guys in our group today?!
