Hey guys! So I'm going to side track a bit from the main script for the show, so that you can understand where Rose is coming from with having a crush on Marco, and what happened with her and Tom. Anyway, here's the new chapter! :)

-Rose's Dream-

"Hey Rose!" I heard. I looked up from my book, and saw Star skipping into my room. I was in my room at our castle, reading more and dreaming of traveling to other dimensions. She sat on my bed, making me jump a little. I put my bookmark in my book and closed it.

"What's up Star?" I asked, "How are you coming along with your break up?" My sister had recently just broken up with Tom, fire demon dude. She didn't tell me why they broke up; just that it wouldn't have worked.

"Oh I'm fine," she said, "I wanted to see if you were free this afternoon."

"Sure. What do you want to do?"

"I just need you to meet me at the water fountain in the village by noon."

"Okay?" I said, getting out of my bed. "You didn't say what we're doing thought."

"That's for me to know and you to find out!" and she ran out of the room. I sighed and put my shoes on. I made my way downstairs and towards the doors. I walked out of the castle and towards the fountain in the village. I looked around and noticed Star wasn't anyway in sight. I sat on the edge of the fountain, waiting. Lucky, I brought my book. I opened it and continued reading. I was so absorbed into it that I didn't notice a person reading over my shoulder until I heard, "Good book?"

I jumped a little, nearly dropping my book into the fountain. I looked up to see the one person I wasn't expecting. Tom.

"Tom?!" I said, closing my book. I turned to him, "What are you doing here?!"

"Star said she wanted to meet me here at noon," he said, "But I haven't seen her."

"She told me the same thing," I said, now realizing what she did. Tom must've realized it too, because he sat down on the edge of the fountain and sighed, "Why would she do this? And after we broke up too..."

"You seem to be taking it hard," I said, noticing that the flames on his head were starting to turn blue.

"I got dumped; it kind of sucks."

I looked at him, and sighed; I didn't like Tom that much, but I couldn't just let him sit here a mope. He was wearing his regular clothes; red torn shirt and khaki pants. He wore sandals since...well, he was on fire, and it was probably hot for him. I got up and bought two apples. I came back over and handed him an apple. "Your probably hungry from the dimensional jump," I commented as he took the apple. Thus, started our meetings.

Ever since then, we would meet at the fountain at noon whenever we can. We would just talk about what was bothering us; family, friends, gossip, etc. It was nice to have a friend to talk too. I mean, I like talking to Star, but she would laugh at some of the things I need to let out. Tom was a good friend, and I was glad we were friends.

But I never expected he wanted to be more then that.

I didn't notice at first, but the signs were obvious. One time, I was running late because I couldn't find a book I wanted to talk to Tom about. I came running and saw Tom, his back towards me. "Tom!" I yelled, getting his attention. When he turned around, however, he didn't look too happy.

"Hey," I said, panting when I was in front of him, "Sorry, I was-"

"Where were you?!"

I looked at Tom confused, "I was running late because-"
