Hey guys! So we get to the spell test chapter. Anyway, here's the new chapter! :D

-Rose's POV-

"Maybe if you kept your side of the room clean in the first place, you wouldn't be in this situation," I shouted down to Star from my part of the room. Earlier this morning, Mom had called Star and I, letting us know that "She" was on her way to evaluate us. At first both Star and I panicked. Then just Star since I managed to clean my room early.

I got off my bed and walked to the stairs. I slid down the railing into Star's part of the room just as Marco entered the room with a lot of food. "Foods ready," Marco said, balancing the food on his arms.

Star looked up and said, "Great! Put it on the table!" Marco walked over to the table and I ran over to help him place the food on the table. Once the food was placed, Marco looked around with wide eyes. "Whoa. Why is your room so clean?" Marco asked.

"I want to make a good first impression!" Star said, moving a sword away from the laser puppies. Rose looked at Marco and said, "She would've been fine if she cleaned her room more."

"I'm not ready. I'm not ready! I can't believe this is happening!" Star shouted, sounding as if she were going to break from the pressure. Star blasted her chest with a spell that gave it wings. "Ready for what?" Marco asked.

As the chest flew out of Star's window, Star said to Marco, "We're being e-v-a-l-u-a-t-e-d."

Marco raised an eyebrow and muttered the spelling Star said, "..t-e-d... Ooh! "Evaluated"! Wait, why are we spelling words instead of saying them?"

"Yeah, it sounded kinda weird when it came out of my mouth. Anyway, my mom is sending someone to see how far along in our magic training we are since we got to Earth. Heh-heh," Star said, laughing nervously. I rolled my eyes and Marco said, "That doesn't sound so bad."

"Oh, sweet, simple Marco. If we fail, we could get sent back to Mewni," I said, placing a hand on Marco's shoulder. His eyes grew wide as he said, "What?!"

"Which is why I need to clean and you need to cook," Star said. Suddenly, a black cloud flew into the room and started to swirl in the center of it. A strong gust of wind blew as Marco grabbed my hand to keep steady. I blushed but kept my feet planted as I shouted, "It's her!"

The black mist vanished and a cat like creature was in front of us. It floated by a pair of small wings it had and had a long tail. It was a light blue, with green eyes and a sapphire gem on her forward. In a cute voice, she said, "Hello."

"Aww," The three of us cooed. The cat held up a clipboard and said, "I'm here to evaluate a one Star Butterfly. And a one Rose Butterfly."

"I'm a one Star Butterfly. And you must be Baby," Star said. I stuck my hand out to Baby and said, "I'm Rose Butterfly. It's nice to meet you Ms. Baby."

She took my hand in her paw and shook it. Her eyes then fell on the food table and she said, "Oh! Food!"

"Yes, I prepared this spread for you, Miss Baby. Please help yourself to any—" Marco started. But Baby turned back into a black cloud and flew over the table. Instantly, all of the food was gone and Baby was back as her cat form near Star and I. "More please," She asked kindly.

"That took me all day to make," Marco muttered. I looked at Marco and asked, "Please? Just this once?"

He looked at me and noticed my hand. I glanced too and saw that he was still holding it. We quickly let go of the other, both blushing. Marco coughed and said to Baby, "I would love to make you more." He walked out of the room and I turned my attention back to Baby. "Ms. Baby? How does this evaluation work for Star and I?"
