Hey guys! We're back with Rose as they prepare to get back to Mewni. Now, I'm going to do things a little differently for this next chapter. The next episode is 'Mama Star' and I personally don't like that episode. Yes, what happens in it does set up some stuff to happen in the finale. But overall, it's not the best episode in my opinion. You'll see how I direct the plot of this chapter but just know that this chapter is going to be a combination of several episodes into one. Anyway! That's enough explaining. Let's jump into the story! :D

-Rose's POV-

"Glittery Mad Sparkle Piano!" Star shouted.

A bright, sparkly piano appeared, who was sentient enough to say, "Hi!" before being thrown down the magic well. I was half paying attention as I was standing with Marco by the wall. The two of us were studying the stone mural of Glossaryck on the wall. Well, mostly Marco. Something about the mural seemed...familiar. I was picking at the dirt and rock next to it, trying to see if there was anymore to it. It look liked there was from the amount I had removed. The water flowing from the mural seemed to flow to a group of people kneeling down next to it. From there, it looked like those same people built structures and the such. But before I could see what those structures made, I heard Star shout, "Rose! Are you helping or not?"

"Yeah, I'm coning," I said. I glanced at the wall before heading back over to the well. The ground shook again as Star blasted another spell into the portal. I asked, "Still nothing?"

"She's stubborn, that's for sure," Star muttered. I smirked, "Yup. Sounds like the unicorn we created."

"Guys?" We all heard. We turned and saw Oskar standing by the ladder. He pointed at us, "I didn't know you all worked at Brita's Tacos."

"We don't, you clod," Janna said, tossing stuff into the well. He blinked, "Uh, so if you don't work here, then what are you doing in the basement?"

"Look, Oskar, we're kind of in an emergency-type situation here," Star explained. "See, Rose and I need to get home, and the only way home is down that well and through a big ol' magic slip-and-slide that makes you lose your mind if you're in it too long. Right Rose?"

"Yup," I nodded. "So we're trying to call a unicorn, the first born, because she stays sane in the magic, and she can guide us through in one piece. So we're throwing garbage down the well to get her attention."

"Why garbage?" Oskar asked.

"Oskar, please, try to keep up!" Star snapped.

"Star, chill," I said. I then explained, "The first born is a total neat freak. The garbage we throw down the well will bring her to us."

"Huh. Well, how about the meat cooler? I bet she wouldn't be able to ignore that," Oskar suggested. We all shared a look before rushing over to the meat cooler. Even Oskar ran over to help. We all started pushing the cooler and got it about halfway to the well when we heard a loud splash! followed by, "Stop throwing garbage in here!"

"Firstborn!" Star said. "Oh, wow, is that what she looks like?"

"We need your help, firstborn," I said. I stepped out from the cooler and approached her. "You got to take us to the Mewni well. Something is wrong."

"Every time you come in here, you sour this place. I cannot help you. Goodbye," She said. She started to lower herself into the well but I ran at her. "Wait! Firstborn!"

"Rose, no!" Star shouted. But I lunged over the well's edge, grabbing the Firstborn's horn. I was pulled into the golden liquid, quickly holding my breath. When I was finally pulled out, I gasped for air and looked around. I was back in the magic dimension and was completely soaked in magic liquid. I looked ahead and saw a very angry expression on the Firstborn. She shook her head, throwing me off of her, "Let go of me!"
