The End of the Beginning (Part 2)

Hey guys! We're back with Rose and Star as Moon, Eclipsa and even Meteora have joined them in destroying the magic. Reminder, THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE STORY. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE END. With that being said, on with this season finale! :D

-Rose's POV-

Eclipsa, Moon, Star and I knelt down in a circle in the golden magic waters. We all placed our hands in the water and shut our eyes. Quietly, we all started to chant together, "Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic. Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic."

As we continued, I heard Eclipsa gasp. I opened one eye and saw that her hands, having been covered in corrupted magic, had been cleaned of it. She lifted one of her hands and wiggled her fingers. "Well, would you look at that."

Not a moment later, I heard a rushing of wind to my left. I looked and saw Moon and Star had gone into their butterfly forms. I felt a rush of magic and shut my eyes. I felt myself change into my butterfly form and heard Eclipsa gasp as well. I opened my eyes again and saw she was in her butterfly form. She had soft purple wings with bright pink antennas. I giggled and heard Meteora playing in the water close by. When I looked at her, I saw Glossaryck rise out of the water. Meteora looked at him and asked, "Dee-daa?"

Glossaryck nodded and Meteora shut her eyes. Suddenly, she was enveloped by light green magic and went into her own butterfly form. My mouth dropped open upon seeing her minty green wings and antennas. "How...did a baby-" I started. But I heard Star say, "D-don't question it, Rose."

"Oh, darling! You look beautiful!" Eclipsa said. Meteora joined the girls and soon, everyone was back to chanting the spell again: "Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic. Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic. Break the bond, tear the fabric, cleave the stone, stop the magic..."

As we continued, I cracked one eye open again and saw the magic was turning dark green again. But this wasn't the only thing happening. A thick fog began to rise around the group and I could see past wand bearers appearing. Aunt Moon stopped and turned around, seeing her mother standing behind her. Eclipsa looked away as Solaria appeared behind her. I also could see various keepers appearing and I hesitantly turned around. Solar butterfly, my mom, was standing behind me. She was still wearing the same clothes I've seen her in every time and her eyes were white. but she was smiling gently at me. "Mom," I started.

She shook her head slowly and nodded to the water. I sniffled and nodded back, turning back to the task at hand. There would be time later to say my goodbyes. Right now, I need to help Star. I shut my eyes again and continued chanting the whispering spell. Suddenly, I heard something crumbling and splashing in the water. I opened my eyes and saw various crystal formations falling apart. The green corrupted magic had already spread from where we all were to those formations. I felt a twinge of pain and saw that not just my wings, but everyone else's wings were disintegrating. "It's working!"

"Eclipsa!" We all heard. We all paused and turned, Eclipsa's face paling. At one of the magic wells, we could see Mina still in her super buff form. But next to her in chained cuffs, was Rhea. She was trying to get away from Mina but Mina had a hold of the chains. Mina grinned and said, "I found you!"

"Mother," Star said in worry. Mina let go of Rhea and took to the air, heading straight for us. Rhea started running towards us, trying to reach us before Mina. rhea shouted, "Watch out!"

Eclipsa started to stand up but noticed Solaria turn her head to Mina. Eclipsa knelt back down as Mina finally noticed queen Solaria's ghost. "Queen Solaria?! What are you doing with these monster smoochers?!"
