Hey guys! I know a lot of you want Roseco or Marose to happen. But will it happen this chapter? Only way to find out is to read it! So here it is!

-Rose's POV-

I woke up by the sunlight hitting my eyes. I blinked a few times and yawned, feeling comfortable with my blanket and with my head on my red pillow.

"Wait a minute," I mumbled. The memory of last night and watching a movie with Marco came back to me and I realized I never went back to my room. I glanced up and used all my will power to not freak out. Marco and I had fallen asleep on the couch, and I was using Marco's arm as a pillow. Marco was still asleep, softly snoring.

I tried to calm my breathing and clear my mind. I slowly sat up and tried to get up. But Marco moved in his sleep and ended up hugging me, pinning me back down. He softly snored, his face inches from mine.

My face felt like it was on fire.

"Great," I mumbled. I mean, I sure wasn't expecting this, but I think it was awfully sweet of him to let me sleep. But had I known I couldn't get out, I would've slept in my room. I focused on my necklace, and was about to us a spell, when Marco stirred.

'Oh no,' I thought. How would Marco react? He's really going to freak out. I closed my eyes, pretending to be asleep. I heard him yawn, and I could tell he was awake. I could feel him flinch a little, but...he wasn't freaking out. I opened my eyes just the slightest, and saw that he was...staring at me, smiling. He moved slowly and got up, thinking I was still asleep. He placed the blanket back over me, and I could feel his hand brush my hair back. I then heard footsteps go out of the room, and I allowed myself to open my eyes.

I allowed myself to drop the sleeping act and sat up. I felt the place he had moved my hair, and I felt myself blush. He...didn't freak out. He smiled at me. He brushed my hair out of my face. Just then, I heard footsteps and turned around, Marco was standing in the doorway to the kitchen, a smile on his face.

"Good morning, Rose," he said.

"Morning," I replied, yawning.

"Guess we both fell asleep during one of the movies. Well, I'm making pancakes if you want any."

I nodded and got up, walking towards the kitchen. I sat down at the table and yawned again, pouring some milk that was sitting on the table into a glass cup that was by my place. The realization then hit; Marco had set my place at the table. On top of that, there was a small rose in a small flower pot in the enter of the table. Marco sat next to me at the table, putting the plate of pancakes down.

"You noticed?" he asked.

"You did all this....for me?" I asked, looking at him.

"Yeah."

"Why?"

He stopped and he took two pancakes off the main plate. He poured syrup on his pancakes and said, as I started taking pancakes, "Well, remember how I said yesterday that your love life wasn't a complete waste?"

I decided to watch the syrup drip on my pancakes then look at Marco. But I nodded, acknowledging that I remembered the conversation. "Well....ever since the Blood Moon Ball, I couldn't help but think how much you protected me from Tom, and when I found out how much Tom hurt you in the Time dimension, I...felt mad about what he did to you and wanted to protect you."

"So, what are you getting at?" I asked him. I looked up at him, and flinched a little. He was looking at me with such a tender look, it made my heart start racing. He moved his hand across the table and placed his hand over mine, and said, "When I woke up this morning and saw you asleep, I wanted to protect you from anything that might harm you. I know for a while, I told you liked Jackie, but now...I think I like you over her."
