Hey guys! We're back with Rose as her adventures continue on Mewni. What will happen today? Let's jump in and find out! :D

-Rose's POV-

"I can't believe you got a haircut and didn't tell me," Star muttered. I rolled my eyes and continued to eat my breakfast. A day had passed since I hung out with Tom and his family at the beach house. When I got back home last night, Marco and Star were both worried about me. And even shocked to see how short my hair had gotten. I explained what happened about my hair and said I decided to stay a bit longer with Tom. They seemed okay with it, though Star was annoyed how I had gotten a 'haircut' without telling her.

Now, the three of us were sitting with Rhea and Eclipsa for breakfast. Eclipsa and Rhea had set up each morning a welcome breakfast for the monsters in the kingdom. That way, they could join the queen and keeper for breakfast. Eclipsa and Rhea were waiting for Manfred to bring there breakfast while Star, Marco and I had already gotten ours. We ate our pancakes as Manfred walked in with two trays. One had a bowl of oatmeal with purple-blue berries in it, and the other was a smaller bowl with cut up pieces of fruit and berries. As he placed the food down, he said, "Your oatmeal, my Queen. Raw and soaked, just how you like it. And here is your bowl of fruit, keeper Rhea, drizzled with sweet honey."

"It's really cool that you're having this, uh, Queen's Monster Breakfast.," Marco said to Eclipsa and Rhea. Rhea smiled while Eclipsa said, "I want the monsters to feel comfortable at the Queen's table."

She then elbowed Rhea, teasing, "I'd also like Rhea to meet a few monster fellows as well." Rhea rolled her eyes, though she giggled a little. Star chewed on her pancakes, asking, "Yeah! Just, uh, where are the monsters?"

I looked around the table and realized the problem. The monsters weren't at the table. I furrowed my brow and looked back at Eclipsa. Her face dropped and she turned to Manfred. "Huh. Manfred! Come here!" Eclipsa said. Manfred walked over, eyebrow raised, "Yes, milady?"

"Manfred, did you forget to invite the monsters?" She asked.

"No, of course not, milady. The monsters are right here," He said, gesturing to the floor. Everyone looked, except Rhea, and saw that the monsters were sitting on the floor, eating from dog bowls. "In their proper place," He muttered.

"What?! Why are they eating out of dog bowls?!" Eclipsa demanded. Rhea's eyes widen, looking in Eclipsa's direction. "They're eating from what?!"

"Oh. Do they not normally, milady?" Manfred asked nonchalant. Eclipsa narrowed her eyes, ordering, "Take their food back to the kitchen, and put it on proper plates! Oh, and take mine, as well as Rhea's, while you're at it. We'll eat when everybody else has their food."

"Yes, my queen," Manfred said, not sounding thrilled. He took Eclipsa's oatmeal and Rhea's fruit bowl. He walked out of the room and I lowered my fork at the same time Marco and Star did as well. "Oh. I guess we'll wait, too," I said, glancing at the two. They nodded in agreement. However, a few minutes passed and, suddenly, we heard a scream come from the kitchen. Everyone jumped to their feet and ran to the kitchen. Eclipsa helped Rhea into the kitchen, where we all saw the scene before us.

Manfred was standing in the middle of the room, holding Eclipsa's bowl, appearing to have his tongue in it. He also had been turned to stone. The sous-chef stared in horror at this as well as the rest of us. That is, until Glossaryck floated into the room. He laughed softly, "Oh, looks like someone fed yada yada berries to Manfred."

"Wait. Yada yada berries? What's that?" I asked, watching Glossaryck float over to Manfred. He picked up a stone berry, explaining, "Yada yada berries? You know. You feed them to someone and...yada yada. They never bother you again. Funny thing about them, though."
