Hey guys!  So, I'm skipping the Goblin dog episode because, again, I found that to be another filler episode. Anyway, here's the new chapter! :D

-Rose's POV-

"Concentrate," I sighed, sitting on the ground. Star and I were having magic lessons with Glossaryck. Although oddly enough, he separated us for his lesson. Normally we do the lesson together, but he wanted me to "Concentrate on my necklace's magic".

I sighed again, and lightly touched my necklace. It felt strangely warm and I took a deep breath, letting it out as I focused on my magic. The feeling in my eyes grew warm and I heard "What are you doing?"

I flinched and my eyes shot open. The voice?! I glanced over at Star and Glossaryck; they seem to be busy. I sighed closed my eyes again, deciding now may by the time to have a talk with the voice.

'I'm practicing my magic,' I thought. 'What's it to you?'

"Don't you think your doing it wrong?" The voice said.

'What do you mean?'

"I know a way that you can use your magic and it'll be more powerful. You just have to let your emotions take control."

"What?!" I said out loud. I pressed my lips together, realizing what I did. Everybody was looking at me now, and I nervously laughed. "Sorry, I just realized something and it blew my mind," I said.

"What was it?" Marco asked.

"Uh....how clouds are so fluffy but you can't really touch them?"

Marco raised an eyebrow but I quickly said, "Anyway, more concentration!"

I closed my eyes and immediately though, 'I can't do that! My magic is out of control at that point!'

"Not unless you learn to control it. Think about it, you'll be much more powerful if you allowed your sudden bursts of anger to take hold. Haven't you felt that overwhelming sense of power before?"

I bit my lip. I had and I enjoyed it when it came with Cloudy acting weird that one time. But it was a horrible thought after realizing how much it scared my friends. I shook my head, 'I don't want to scare them. I don't want them to think I'm a monster.'

"And what's wrong with monsters?" The voice asked. "Not all monsters are bad."

'I know not ALL of them are bad, but I don't want to be like a monster that goes and hurts people.'

"Not unless I help you."

'And what can you possible do to help me, voice who just sits in my head all day?'

I could hear the voice in my head sigh, sounding annoyed. "Solar was much more intelligent then you," the voice grumbled.

'Solar?' I thought.

Immediately. I felt a stabbing pain in my head. I doubled over in pain, clutching my head and screaming. "Don't EVER say that name to me!" The voice shouted.

'Chill! I was only asking! You said it first anyway!' I quickly thought as I felt tears streaming down my cheeks. I felt a hand on my shoulder and somebody calling my name.

"ROSE!" I heard multiple voices say. My eyes opened and the pain was immediately gone. I looked up and saw Star, Marco and Glossaryck looking at me. Star and Marco had concerned looks.

But Glossaryck's looked suspicious.

"Think about my offer," the voice said, before fading into the back of my mind. Marco helped me up and asked, "Are you okay?"
