Hey guys! Sorry for the wait but the second half of this episode is here! So here we go! :D

-Rose's POV-

We were all at the ranger's front office of the park. Dad had to pay a fine for messing with an endangered animal's habitat. He dropped a pile of gold and coins onto the ranger's desk, paying the fine.

"Something is definitely wrong with dad," Star said.

"What gave you that idea?" I said, a little annoyed. Star raised her hands in defense and said, "Sorry, don't need to flash your green eyes at me."

I felt myself grow cold and I blinked. My eyes did feel warm, but why? Dad walked over to the three of us and said, "Okay everything is cool. Turns out that feathered thing was some kind of sacred animal. A little warning would've been nice."

I curled my fists and felt my eyes grow warm again, but I released a sigh and relaxed a little. The park ranger collected the coins, and said, "You all better get a move on if you want to see that old geyser."

"Who are you calling old geezer?!" My dad shouted, looking angrily at the ranger. I sighed irritated and grabbed Dad's hand saying, "He said 'Geyser' dad, not 'geezer.' Now let's go."

The realization didn't hit him until we were back on the path. I had let go of his hand at this point and he seemed to finally realize what the ranger said. I did a face palm and sighed. All I wanted now was his day to be over.

"We can still make it on time if we take this path straight there," Marco said. But as we kept walking, there was a split in the road, leading to multiple paths.

"Can I see the map?" Marco asked. But just as he finished saying that, Dad crumpled up the map and ate it.

"Is he eating he map?" Marco asked me. I growled and felt my eyes grow warm again. But after taking another deep breath and relaxing, the feeling went away.

"Dad, PLEASE tell me you have a good reason for eating the map?" I asked.

"I was hungry," he said plainly. "Everything is good when you are struggling to survive."

"Except we're not," I said, trying hard to keep the irritation out of my voice.

"Mewni. Right...," dad said, realizing his mistake. Marco took a deep breath and smiled, "Well, I'm going to stay positive about this. Maybe we'll get lucky. Eeney, Meeney, Minney," he said, before picking a path. We walked on the path for a little bit before, we came across a sign that read, "Old Youthful: 50 miles."

Marco yelled in defeat and I bit my bottom lip to keep myself from screaming in frustration. I heard dad sigh and say, "You know what? I think this may be my fault kids."

I felt inside me snap and i turned on my heel and stared at dad. He smiled and said, "You wait here while I go catch us a ride." And before I could yell at him, he ran off.

I grabbed pieces of my hair and said, "I swear, if one more thing happens, I'm going to explode."

Marco placed a hand on my shoulder and said, "Take it easy, Rose. He's just trying to help."

"He's not being much of a help," I grumbled.

"At least he's finding us a ride," Marco said. I sighed and had to agree. At least he was doing that. However, five minutes later, my dad's definition of 'catching a ride' was riding on a bear's back while six park ranger cars and two ranger helicopters chased us through the park.

-Time skip-

"Breath Rose," Star said, patting my back. Marco had given me a bag to breath in because I was THAT close to wanting to scream at my dad. As my dad paid the fine, both Star and Marco patted my back trying to calm me down. Dad walked over to us and said, "Everything alright, Rose?"
