Doing it All in a Minute

Hey guys! So we're getting close to the end of season one. But Don't worry! I'll be putting the next seasons on here too. Anyway, here;s the new chapter! :D

-Rose's POV-

I yawned as my alarm clock went off. I hit the button for it to stop and saw that it said, "7:00". I know what your thinking, isn't that a little early? Wouldn't you want to sleep in? Well, I learned around this time the sun rises and it looks so pretty! I stretched and quickly got out of bed. I walked over to the balcony and leaned against the railing, waiting for the sun to come up. At first the sky, slowly grew lighter. Then, very faintly, I saw the edge of the sun, slowly rising up. I smiled as the sun slowly came up, lighting everything up. 

I sighed, "It never ceases to amaze me." I went back in my room and looked at the time. It said, "7:15". I grabbed some of my clothes and a towel and went to the stairs. I slid on the railing all the way down. When I got to the bottom, I looked over and saw that Star was still asleep. Her clock was bound to go off any second now. I sped walk to the bathroom and had a quick shower. By the time I got out, I could hear her alarm. I changed into my clothes, just as I heard her knocking. I opened the door and she came in, her wand in hand.

"Morning," she said, yawning a little. I smiled and replied with a good morning.

"I don't know how your a morning person," she said, walking past me to the sink. I turned the faucet on ad put some water in my hands and splashed it in Star's face. 

"What was the for?!" she sputtered, getting the water out of her face.

"Your welcome, for waking you up," I said, moving to the mirror. She rolled her eyes and pushed me out of the bathroom so she could shower and change. I glanced at Star's clock and was a bit concerned. I walked back into the bathroom as Star put on her dress. 

"Shouldn't Marco be up by now?" I asked, as she put her shoes on.

"He'll be up soon," she said, waving my question away. "We got plenty of time before first period."

I shrugged my shoulders and went to the sink. Star was trying on different headbands and hats for her outfit. I giggled when she put the fez on her head. She moved her wand and put the fez on my head.

"You can wear that," she said. I rolled my eyes and picked up the flower head band Star tried on earlier.  I changed the flowers to rose and made the whole headband out of roses instead of just two. I put it on an said, "This is more to my liking."

Star laughed and, suddenly, the door slammed open and Marco came charging in. He ran over to the sink and shoved Star out of the way, saying, "Out of the way! I overslept! I'm gonna be late!" 

I caught Star before she could hit the ground, and I stared at Marco. He was brushing his teeth with his hairbrush and brushing his hair with his tooth brush. That wasn't how you were suppose to use them; I know because I did that my first day here. 

I helped Star up as the laser puppies ran around on the ground, shooting lasers. Marco looked frantically around, asking, "Where's my hoodie?!"

"Marco chill," I said, switching the brushes in his hands so that he was brushing his hair and teeth with the right tool. "We'll get there before first period."

Marco had found his hoodie and put it on, but it was backwards. He pulled the hoodie down and said, "This isn't about learning! It's about love!"

I looked at Marco, a little bit flustered and really confused. I glanced at Star, who shrugged her shoulders at me, not knowing either. Marco sighed, irritated, "Every day, I get there at 7:55. Because at exactly 7:56, Jackie Lynn Thomas gets there."
