Meeting the Past

Hey guys! So Rose finally goes into her necklace. Will she fight Toffee? Or not? Let's find out!

-Rose's POV-

"Glossaryck!" I shouted, knocking on the spell book. The gem on the cover blinked and it was Glossaryck's eye instead. "Who is it? What do you want?" Glossaryck asked.

"It's Rose," I said.

"Oh right, yes yes yes."

Glossaryck tried opening the book but it stopped short because of a small door chain. "I always forget about the chain," Glossaryck grumbled. As he grabbed the chain, I stood up and took a step back. Glossaryck opened the book fully and floated up and out.

He bowed to me and said, "Rose Butterfly, future Queen to Mewni, what is it?"

"First off, I'm not future Queen of Mewni; that's Star," I pointed out. Glossaryck didn't say anything so I continued. "Second, Star's wand has been acting weird."

Glossaryck raised an eyebrow and I pointed at the half-dead narwhals lying all over the room. Glossaryck gasped and said, "Okay, don't panic."

Glossaryck quickly flew to the spell book and, as he grabbed some stain remover, Star walked up next to me. "Did you tell him?" Star asked.

"I tried too but he's kind of freaking out," I said, as Glossaryck floated out of the spell book, holding a stain remover bottle. "I'll take care of the bodies, you start the car," Glossaryck said, tossing me a pair of car keys. I looked at the keys skeptically; I didn't know how to drive.

I looked at Star who turned to Glossaryck and said, "Their not dead."

"Oh," Glossaryck said, as he stopped pouring the stain remover on one of the narwhals. The narwhal groaned in pain and I winced at the sound. I shook my head as Star said, "It's my spells. They're all messed up."

Star held her wand out and started using the Narwhal blast, saying, "See? Narwhal Blast! Narwhal Blast! Narwhal Blast! Narwhal Blast!"

Glossaryck gagged and placed a hand over his mouth to keep from throwing up. He glanced at me and I looked at me necklace, seeing how it flashed a sickly green with every spell Star uses. I looked at Glossaryck with a worried look, to which he nodded.

"Oh, you must stop," Glossaryck said, looking a little sick. "It's not your spells; it's your wand. You see, it's contaminated."

"Contamina... Whaa? How did that happen?" Star asked. Glossaryck glanced at me and I looked nervously at him. He sighed and said, "The only way to find out is to go into your wand."

As he said this, he went into the bottle of strain remover, emphasizing his point. My eyes and Star's eyes grew wide. "Whaaat? You can do that?!" Star asked.

Glossaryck floated out of the stain remover bottle and said, "Of course. But we won't."

"Why not?" I asked. Glossaryck wringer his beard, getting the stain remover out as he said, " Because by decree of Moon the Undaunted, Queen of Mewni, you must be," at this he placed a hand over Star's head. "That tall to go on," he then pointed at Star's wand, "this ride."

Glossaryck turned to me and said, "And the reason why for you Rose, it's because it's forbidden."

I scowled and Star walked over to the inter dimensional mirror. "Mother," she growled. She then pulled the curtains on it and said, "Well, I, Star the Underestimated, future Queen of Mewni, hereby decree: Put me in my wand and Rose in her necklace."

Glossaryck was quiet for a moment before he said, "Okay."

Star squealed and started jumping up and down. I smiled and said, "Alright. So how does this work?"
