Dancing

(Y/n) and Emma were walking back home at night, the sky growing darker and darker as time went on. As they walked, light rain started to fall.

"It's raining." (Y/n) mumbled, feeling a few drops on his head. "Yep." Emma agreed, the rain growing heavier. Emma moved for shelter, while (Y/n) just stood there, getting more wet the longer he stood there.

"(Y/n)! Why are you just standing there? You'll get soaked!" Emma asked from her spot, staying dry while (Y/n) was getting wet. "It's fun!" He shouted, jumping up and down, and spinning in a circle. "This is the best! Woohoo!" He cheered, jumping into different rain puddles while it was still pouring.

He danced in the rain by himself, having the time of his life. "Come on! Come join!" He called out to Emma, waving his arms around. She sat there for a second, contemplating wether she wanted to or not. She didn't want to get wet, mostly she didn't want to get her hair wet, but she did want to dance with him.

"Screw it." She mumbled, stepping out of her shelter. She decided to join him, because dancing in the rain with your boyfriend was much more fun that sitting in the shelter until the rain stopped. She ran out of her shelter and went over to him, giggling and squealing every time she stepped in a puddle.

The two danced in the rain, both of them laughing and giggling while doing goofy dances, getting completely soaked in the process. "I told you this was fun!" He told her, the biggest smile on his face. "You were right!" She agreed, connecting their lips.

The two shared a kiss in the rain, both of them engraving this moment into their memories, hoping they would never forget the dance they shared in the pouring rain.
