After a new video had came out of Emma with a few young fans, specifically a little girl, Michael had been receiving a bit of backlash. A lot of 'fans' and other people had been commenting that Emma should've had a daughter instead of Micheal, and that he shouldn't have been born at all.

Emma was an actress but now she's also known to be a feminist and her work was more centered around feminism now since she stepped back a bit from acting, so now that this had been happening, Michael has started to think it was ironic she didn't have a daughter, which didn't make him feel any better about the situation.

Both Emma and (Y/n) knew something was wrong, but they didn't know what. Since Emma was never on social media she hadn't seen these comments going around, and neither had (Y/n) since he never saw the comments. Michael was acting off these past few days, more distant with his mother which Emma knew wasn't good, since normally he was super close with her.

"Michael, are you alright?" Emma asked at the dinner table, getting that feeling something was wrong, "Hm? Oh yeah, I'm alright. Just tired is all." He dismissed, finishing the rest of his dinner and putting his dishes away before rushing upstairs to his room. "Something is definitely wrong." (Y/n) told her, and she nodded.

Emma was determined to find out what was wrong and she started her research. She knew it wasn't school, since none of his teachers had told them anything was wrong with his schoolwork, and she took a peek at his grades and saw they were all amazing.

She didn't think it was friend issues because he would normally talk to her about those, Michael knowing his mother was the best person who could give him any sort of advice. So, she took to social media to find out what was going on. She checked Tom Feltons account to see if he had posted anything new about Michael, knowing Tom had a habit of attacking him on there. When she saw he hadn't posted anything about her son, she only got more confused.

"What do you think is wrong?" Emma asked (Y/n) while slipping under the covers and cuddling up next to him. "With Michael? I don't know. It's probably social media." He thought aloud, Emma listening intently. "What do you mean? Like Tom or something else?" She asked. "Not Tom, he would tell you if Tom said anything. Maybe other things like fans?" (Y/n) guessed and it all clicked for her, it must have something to do with that new video.

Emma got up and went to her office and checked her computer. She pulled up the comments from her most recent video and scrolled through them, discovering the many comments about how Michael shouldn't have been born and Emma should've had a daughter instead.

Those comments made her see red. She was beyond angry at her fans for saying these things. If they didn't like Michael how were they even her fans anyway? Michael was her world, and if her fans were really her fans they would understand that she loves her son and family more than anything. If they didn't understand that they weren't her real fans.

So, Emma did the only thing she could think of to get her message well known, she went to Twitter.

"To anyone who has commented on my newest video saying anything negative about my son and who he is, please leave him alone. I don't regret having him at all, and I don't want him to feel like he has to change himself because my so called 'fans' decided to leave their rude and hateful comments. He is perfect the way he is and nothing you say will ever make me regret having him or raising him the way I did. Just because I am a feminist doesn't mean I have to have a daughter, I can still be a feminist and teach my son how to respect and treat women equally. If you can't support me or my family, please do not watch any of my videos, movies, and speeches or leave comments about my family and my life."

Once Emma had posted her tweet, her next step was to talk to Michael. She knocked on his bedroom door and opened it, seeing him lying in bed watching Netflix. "Can I talk to you?" She asked, but it wasn't really a question. "Sure." He responded, pausing his show. She sat down next to him in bed and gave him a hug, Michael melting into his mother as she rubbed his back.

"I saw the comments. I've already taken care of it, but I just want you to know I'll always be proud of you no matter who you are. You don't have to change yourself in any way, because you're already perfect just the way you are. You're my son and I love you. I won't ever stop loving you no matter what. Nothing will ever change how much I love you, and if anything I would love you even more." She told him, making him look at her as she spoke before giving him another hug.

"Thanks. Love you." Michael whispered, hugging her even tighter. She smiled and kissed his forehead. "Love you too Michael, now get some sleep." She instructed. Michael nodded and turned off the lights in his bedroom before Emma gave him another kiss on the cheek and left the room, the door softly shutting behind her.

"Did you figure it out?" (Y/n) asked, and Emma nodded. "All solved. Everything is fine now." She reassured, and they went back to their cuddling while Emma caught (Y/n) up on what had happened, him quickly retweeting her tweet and backing her up. They all went to bed for the night, Michael feeling much better about himself now that Emma had talked to him about it.
