Emma Watson Oneshots and Imagines Book Two

Rumors

Emma had stepped back from acting for a while and never was seen out in public for nine months as well. Everyone thought she was pregnant and they weren't wrong, except the kind of were because she just had the baby. Emma and (Y/n) were currently still in the hospital since she only had the baby yesterday morning. Her manager had asked if she wanted to make an announcement or anything, but Emma simply hung up on him because she was bonding with her baby boy, who her and (Y/n) had named Michael.

Michael was currently resting on her chest, his tiny hand wrapped around her index finger tightly, feeling very comfortable in his spot and slowly falling asleep listening to her heartbeat. Emma didn't have the heart to move him after he fell asleep, but she did open her phone to take a picture of him, only to see many news articles about her and these rumors pop up again. So, she texted her manager and only said to just clear the rumors and that she wouldn't be checking her phone for a bit since she was busy spending time with her family. She shut off her phone after that and her attention was back on her baby, who now was squirming around on her chest. She had known he was hungry and quickly fed him before he fell back asleep again. She had (Y/n) put him in the hospital bassinet and she took a nap along with her baby.

Meanwhile (Y/n) was on his phone and saw the news articles confirming they had the baby and also saw her managers comment. He decided to go on Twitter and just tell the fans that they both wanted privacy and in the meantime they won't be very active since they have a baby to take care of. He also took a picture of Michael's hand and posted that, knowing none of his face was in the photo and the fans would want to see any picture of him no matter what. The fans were sad to hear that they wouldn't be active, but also happy they had a baby and were excited to hear more about him when they were ready to share. All the fans also had loved the picture, even if they only saw his hand and not his face.

"What did he say?" Emma asked, referring to her manager, getting up and taking Michael into her arms. She rocked him a bit and (Y/n) pulled up the article. "Emma and (Y/n) have had the baby, who was only born yesterday morning. They are both beyond happy and thank the fans for supporting them through everything, but that is all they wish to disclose at the moment and will share any other news with the public when they see fit. In the meantime, there won't be any news from them since they want to spend time with their family." (Y/n) read out, and Emma nodded in approval. "Perfect." She whispered, still rocking Michael and trying to get him to stop fussing. "And what did you say? And if you posted a picture, his face better not be in it." Emma asked, referring to his tweet. He never told her he made one, but she already knew he had after being together for so long.

"It was only his hand in the photo and I said, 'The rumors are true, Emma and I are both parents to a baby boy. He is very cute and we both love him very much. We appreciate the support from all our fans and cannot thank them enough for being here and supporting us along this journey. However, we both will not be very active since we both have new responsibilities as parents and we ask for people to keep our lives private. If you do happen to see one of us out, please kindly refrain from asking for details about the baby that we haven't announced. (Emma would also like you not to be so close to any of us, since there's a lot of germs out there and we have a baby at home with a not so strong immune system quite yet! It is flu season and we do not want him to get sick, especially when his immune system will have a harder time fighting it off) We will not be on social media until we see fit to return, and we will not be sharing any more information about our son than what we have already released. We want to keep his life as private as possible, starting with right now. He is perfectly healthy and doing great, but we will not be sharing anything else about him and we all would like a bit of privacy during these times. Again, thank you all for your support!'" He read out, Emma nodding along as she paced around the room and continued to rock Michael in her arms.

"That's good. You didn't share anything other than the gender and when he was born? I didn't read the full article." Emma continued. "No, the only thing they know is that it's a boy and he was born yesterday." (Y/n) reassured, getting up and placing a kiss on her cheek and a kiss on Michael's forehead.

After a few minutes of Emma singing and humming to Michael in hopes to soothe him, he had calmed down and was resting comfortably in her arms. She sat back down in bed and continued to hold him in her arms, now resting him on her chest. They spent the rest of the day spending time together, and many pictures of Michael were taken. Both parents were beyond happy and were excited to go home and watch Michael grow up day by day.
