(Y/n), Emma and Michael were all sitting outside on a summer day. It had been hot outside, but they all were in the shade. Emma was reading her book, and (Y/n) was on his phone. Michael was sitting next to Emma, bored as can be. He tried to follow along with her book, but that turned out to be even more boring, and he wasn't the best at reading and there were a lot of big words in her book.

Michael got up and started to go inside, getting both parents attention. "Where are you going?" (Y/n) asked. "I'll be right back." He told his parents, going into one of the closets with water stuff inside of it. He got out a bucket and some water balloons and started to fill them up. Once he had enough to drench both of his parents, he snuck them back outside.

Both of his parents hadn't noticed he was back yet, and he took one water balloon and threw it at the back of his fathers head. (Y/n) felt the balloon hit him and turned around to see Michael with a bucket of water balloons and he decided to join in, grabbing one and throwing it at Michael. Emma just sat and watched since none of them went for her.

"You got me wet! But only my shirt." Michael told his father, who just laughed. "You got me wet too!" He countered, and Michael threw another at him, hitting him right in the chest. (Y/n) took out another one and threw it at Emma, the balloon hitting her back.

"(Y/n)!" She gasped, a smile forming on her face before she grabbed a water balloon and threw it at him. Both (Y/n) and Michael decided to now go for Emma, and they teamed up.

"I got you!" Michael cheered, hitting his mother with a water balloon. She threw one right back at him, and he got even more wet, his hair now a tiny bit wet.

After a while, Michael had Emma cornered. "Michael, I'll make a deal with you if you don't throw that at me." Emma told him, and he put his water balloon down, but he didn't let go of it. "Like what?" He asked, and she thought about it. "I'll let you have dessert first tonight if you don't hit me with that." She announced, and he nodded. "Okay!" He agreed, and he threw the water balloon at the wall and not her.

However, (Y/n) had scooped up Emma and brought her towards the pool, throwing her in before she had time to say anything. When she popped back up, Michael was giggling at what had happened.

"You two better run." She threatened, and (Y/n) took off. Michael was more concerned about getting his dessert before dinner. "Do I still get dessert before dinner?" He asked, and she nodded before picking him up and giving him a big hug, getting him more wet as well. "No! Mummy you got me more wet!" He squealed, trying to wriggle out of her embrace. She let him go and went after (Y/n) to get him back.

(Y/n) had stood next to all the water balloons, ready to fight off Emma. When she approached him, he started throwing them at her, but he forgot that he didn't have unlimited water balloons and quickly ran out.

"Damn it.." (Y/n) whispered, and Emma gave him a hug as well, but this time wringing out her clothes on him so he got even more wet than Michael did. For good measure, she also dumped the bucket of water on his head.

Emma soon went inside to get everyone towels and once she came out, they all dried off. Michael had a Spider-Man towel, and he had specifically requested Emma get him that one to dry off with.

Once they were dry enough, they all went back inside and changed their clothes. The rest of the day was spent staying inside and playing with Michael's legos. By the time dinner rolled around, he had gotten to have ice cream before his dinner, which was the best part of Michael's day.
