Today Michael had a check up and needed to get a few shots and vaccines. Emma and (Y/n) both went to the appointment to make sure everything was okay and Michael was growing properly.

Once they were in the room the nurse took his weight and vitals before giving him back to Emma. "He's perfectly healthy. We just need to check his eyes and ears and make sure everything there is good." The nurse told the two parents, and they nodded.

The nurse shined the light in his eyes, Michael turning and burying his head into his mother. She rubbed his back softly and the nurse put the light in his ears. "Okay! He's all healthy. Now I'll just get the shots ready and then you're good to go." The nurse shared, walking out of the room.

"Here you hold him for those." Emma told (Y/n), passing Michael over to him. "Me?! He's gonna hate me after this." (Y/n) objected, and Emma nodded. "Well I don't want him to hate me!" She argued, and (Y/n) sighed and agreed. "Fine, but if he hates me you're paying for therapy." He told her, and she nodded.

The nurse came back in with the shots and got them ready. Michael was asleep, but that definitely wouldn't last for very long. Emma was a bit nervous, but he did need his shots, so he couldn't get out of it.

The nurse rubbed a wipe on Michael's arms and gave him the first shot, Michael waking up and crying right after. Emma looked sad to see Michael crying, since he was hurt and didn't know what was going on, but she couldn't stop it. She sat there trying to contain her tears, she didn't like seeing Michael in pain, and it made her sad.

The nurse quickly did the other ones, and (Y/n) passed Michael back to Emma immediately, knowing she desperately wanted to hold him and comfort him. She managed to get him to calm down, and he fell asleep again.

"Well that wasn't so bad." (Y/n) shared as they walked out. "Are you crazy?! He was terrified!" Emma whispered, trying not to wake Michael. "He's fine. See? He's asleep and unbothered." (Y/n) reasoned. "I guess your right." She agreed, placing a kiss on his and Michael's cheeks.

They went home and Michael had some lunch before playing with his toys for the rest of the day, ending his experience at the doctors office that he most likely will never remember because he's too little to remember it.

(I don't like this one but enjoy!)
