Michael was playing lacrosse, his team winning so far. He was on top of his game, playing one of his best games so far this season.

He kept running towards the goal, hitting the ball inside. He high fived his teammates, the crowd cheering for him. He ran toward the ball and swerved around his opponents, accidentally getting hit in the back of the head with a lacrosse stick, and rather hard.

He brushed it off, focusing on the game instead of the pain. His head hurt, but as the game went on it got worse and worse. By the end of the game, his head was throbbing.

He went home and grabbed some Advil for his head, hoping the pain would go away. "Are you alright?" (Y/n) asked, seeing his son take some Advil. "Fine. Got hit in the back of the head with a lacrosse stick, I have a bit of a headache." He explained, before going to sleep on it.

The next day, his head hasn't gotten any better, only worse. His head was throbbing and he could barely hear anything. Emma figured he had a concussion, and took him straight to the doctor.

Sure enough, he had a minor concussion and needed some bed rest, and to avoid screens. He was prescribed some medication, and they were on their way.

Emma was super protective about his condition, making sure he stayed off screens and took his medication but also cuddled with him most of the day. He was able to keep playing lacrosse, but not for a week or so.

"Mum, I'm fine. I feel loads better." He told her, checking his phone. "Not until the doctor says you're okay. Hand it over." Emma insisted, taking the phone and handing him his medication. "Take it." She added, motioning to the medicine. He took the medicine and laid back down in bed. "I'll be back later. You take a nap and get some rest." She informed, walking out of the room.

Michael rested his head on the pillow, closing his eyes and going to bed. Eventually with enough bed rest and a final check up making sure he was okay, his concussion was gone and he was able to play lacrosse again.
