Build a Bear

Michael and Sadie decided to go to build a bear as a fun date and get matching bears. They walked in, the store surprisingly empty. There was only one other family there.

"Okay, I want mine to be ginger cause you're a ginger." He told her, making her laugh. "Fine then, mines gonna have brown hair cause you have brown hair." She replied, and they got started. "None of them are ginger! Fine, maybe my bear won't be ginger. I'll just get him a orange wig or something." Michael mumbled, choosing a bear with a light brown color. Sadie picked hers, the same one as his.

"We're going to have matching ones." She told him, and he nodded. They got the bears stuffed. "Do you want it to be squishy or firm?" The worker asked, and Michael had to think about it for a minute. "It can be squishy." He told the worker, and they stuffed it a bit more. "Is that good? Is that how you want it?" The worker asked, hanging him the bear. He felt it and nodded. "Perfect. Absolutely perfect." He confirmed, and she handed him the bear.

Once Sadie got hers done, they moved on to the next part where they got the little heart for the bear. "Rub it and make it warm." The worker told them, and that's what they did. "Okay, now tap it and start it up. And shake it to wake it up." The worker continued. "Alright, this is nice." Sadie commented, shaking the heart. Once they were finished with that, they put the heart inside of the bear, and they moved onto the next part.

"Okay, now my guy needs a name. I'm gonna name it Ziggy." He told her, typing the name in on the computer. "Ziggy? Like Ziggy as in fear street? Played by me?" She asked, and he nodded. "Yep! Ziggy! And I'm gonna give him a nice outfit too. He's gonna be the best dressed bear." He shared, making her laugh. "I'm gonna name mine Michael Junior." She told him, making him laugh. "You should." He agreed.

"Alright now he has a birth certificate, I need to get him a nice outfit. He can't go around without clothes." Michael stated, and they made their way over to get some nice outfits for their bears. After careful consideration, they ended up picking the perfect outfits. "I think you dress like this, so Michael junior is going to have the same kind of style." Sadie shared, showing off Michael junior and his outfit.

"He looks pretty fashionable. I like it. Now, they didn't have ginger wigs, so Ziggy has a nice little red jacket cause they don't have orange. And I gave him some glasses cause why not and he looks pretty fashionable." Michael shared, showing off Ziggy's cool new outfit. 

Sadie took out her phone and started recording, capturing a fun memory of their date. Michael noticed her recording, so he decided to say something. "Okay so this is Ziggy and he's pretty fashionable. He was supposed to be ginger, but they didn't have any wigs or ginger bears so here he is. I know Ziggy's a girl in the movies, but it says he's a male on his birth certificate and I didn't change it so in the legal world of build a bear he's a boy now." He told the camera, making Ziggy wave as well. She stopped recording and posted the video on her Instagram story before turning her attention back to Michael.

Once Michael paid for the bears, since he was quite the gentleman, they put Ziggy and Michael Junior in the boxes and left the store. "Well that was a success, even if they didn't have ginger bears or ginger wigs." Sadie mentioned, connecting their hands. "It was fun! I'm still buying him a wig though." Michael told her, and they went back to his house.

After saying hi to Emma and (Y/n), they went up to his room and just hung out and watched movies while cuddling for a bit with Ziggy and Michael Junior. Their date was a total success, even with the lack of ginger bears.
